    Meet Your Home Away from Home



    This spacious two-bedroom side-by-side duplex unit is nestled on Ann Arbor’s West Side less than two blocks from Michigan Stadium and a quick ride to Central Campus & downtown Ann Arbor. With plenty of parking and a fenced-in back yard on the premises, this is the perfect spot for any getaway!



    Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, an Amazon Fire smart TV, French Roast coffee pods + Keurig, Memory Foam beds, fresh linens, in-suite washer/dryer, Solimo bath products, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Message us if there’s anything we can help with!

    Our home is a side-by-side duplex with its own private entrance. The living room and kitchen are located on the ground level with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second level. A picnic table is located in the backyard.

    Enjoy a seamless check-in experience with keyless digital access. Check-in anytime that fits your schedule, after 3:00 pm. If you’d like an early check-in, shoot us a message the day before your stay. If no other guest is checking out, you’re welcomed to check-in anytime!

    Sink into soft, plush memory foam mattresses, hypoallergenic down alternative microfiber comforter, crisp clean linens, and extra blankets for the winter in each of our bedrooms. Stay rested with blackout drapes in each bedroom.

    In addition to the two queen beds, our space features a queen size pullout couch and a queen-sized air mattress! Plenty of extra linens and pillows are available to ensure groups of any size have a comfortable, restful stay.

    99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:



    We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.



    We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.



    Parking

    Our driveway fits up to two cars in tandem. Please park in the driveway on the right-hand side of the house as the left-hand side is for the property next door. Please ensure that vehicle tires are parked on the concrete pavers only.



    There is no street parking directly outside our townhouse; however, if you have more than two cars and need extra parking, street parking is available on nearby streets.

    The unit is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the duplex front door and on the unit door. To enter each one, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.



    When leaving, enter that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close.



    Our Availability

    We are available whenever you need! Please feel free to reach out via the app or website you booked on with any specific questions. For any health emergencies, please dial 911. If a system malfunctions (i.e., hot water not functioning or a light has gone out), please send us a message on the app or website you booked on and we will be sure to address it in as short a time as possible (we usually respond within a few minutes). We also have handymen, electricians, plumbers, and landscapers with whom we work, so for any extenuating circumstances, we will happily bring them out to solve your issues post haste!



    Extra Sleeping Arrangements

    Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two!



    Air Mattress: Stored in one of our closets, you will find a queen-size air mattress for additional sleeping space. Designed for camping, it’s extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate. You’ll find extra linens and towels in the pullout couch storage compartment as well.



    Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, two pillows, a comforter, and two sets of sheets and two pillowcases.

    We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:



    - No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know.

    - Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.

    - Please leave your shoes at the door.

    - No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.

    - No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.

    - If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

    - Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

    Located directly across from Pioneer High School and an easy drive from I-94, our house offers immediate proximity to Michigan Stadium and all of the athletic facilities, including Yost Ice Arena, Chrisler Basketball Arena, and the Michigan Baseball Stadium. Downtown Ann Arbor, University of Michigan, the Michigan Hospital, and Kerrytown are only a few minutes away as well.

Perfect location for a game

Very accommodating. The location was PERFECT for attending a game at the Big House. Cute coffee shop down the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good spot in Ann Arbor

The property was very clean (as promised!) and beds were super comfy. The location is very good -- close to the bus line downtown, near a grocery store. Ideal if you're there for a U of M football game, U of M graduation, Pioneer High graduation.... Very good spot!

Clean, comfortable, convenient

We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be exactly as listed. The home was very clean and close to the university and downtown Ann Arbor. The beds and bed linens were particularly comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We enjoyed having a full size washer and dryer in the home. Although we did not take advantage of it, we were impressed that there was a coffee shop just steps away from the house. While visiting, we enjoyed many things that Ann Arbor offered: Sunday artisans market, Zingerman’s Deli, the UM Natural History Museum, Cinnaholic custom cinnamon buns, Kayaking, and Cottage Inn pizza. Thanks for making us feel at home, Stay Arbor!
