It is not too far to downtown. It is to locate coming off 23.. It is a but cramped in common areas. Bedrooms are good. Kitchen is barely big enough for two people.

The check in was timely and convenient. The house provided us with all the necessary products and made them easy to fine. There plenty of rooms and well put together. The commication was great make sure you read your email. There was secondary information on the frig. Parking was plentiful very close to the University and shopping. Great time…

Great location

Was able to walk to the children’s museum, farmers market and lots of restaurants. Only suggestion would be to include some light blocking curtains/shades. Great communication and flexibility when a family member accidentally left something. Lovely home and thanks for a great stay!

dads' weekend in ann arbor

Property worked very well for four dads visiting their sons at UM. Location is a healthy 20 minute walk to the center of town, maybe 25-30 minute walk to campus. Or a five minute Uber. Quiet residential neighborhood with ample parking in the driveway and in the street.

Great Home Base

This was a great home base for our stay and had everything we needed. It wasn't particularly luxe, but it was perfect for our needs for this trip. Loved the location, our kids loved that there was a playground across the street. Adults loved that you could walk to Main Street. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed - and ample coffee pods and half and half.

We needed a place for our family to stay near our son's doctor. This house was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out, clean, and vwry cute. Our 1st VRBO stay. Hopefully any future stays are as great as this. No issues. Thanks to yhe Hosts!

Great place!!

Lovely house that accommodates 6-8 people easily. House is tucked away in a prime location in the old West side surrounded by beautiful trees and walkable to Kerrytown and A2. Every space is beautifully decorated and well thought out. This is by far the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in and David is a wonderful host, definitely recommend!

Nice Property

Close to downtown AA. Houses are very close together, but that's to be expected on the outskirts of a major city. Also the backyard is unusable if alcohol is involved. Other than that, it's a great property!!

Very nicely appointed home

This home was reasonably priced and we enjoyed our stay. Do note that there is no dishwasher and the bedroom on level 2 does not have a bathroom. Owners were very responsive to any of our concerns. Comfortable home!!

Had a great experience!

A friend and I had a "moms and sons" trip to Ann Arbor, and the property was exactly what we needed! There was plenty of space, beds were comfy, and the house was in a perfect location-- within walking distance to all kinds of places that we explored. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place in a great location

This house was perfect for our visit to Ann Arbor. Family members live a short walk away, and it’s a pleasant walk to Kerrytown and the downtown. The house is clean and well cared for. I would definitely stay there again.

Terrific Location

My husband and three year old son stayed here for a week visiting friends and family in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas. The house is cute and many amenities like shampoo and toothpaste are provided. The washing machine and dryer are awesome. The backyard is also cool.. We walked to town multiple times, 7 minutes walking to Kerrytown/downtown area. The owner is friendly and timely with communication. Check in was a breeze. A terrific home away from home, we will be back!
