"heck in was fine we were allowed in early as we had two babies, information given at check in very precise and detailed. Property very clean garden lovely. Kitchen facilities were good cooker hob took a little getting use to but cooked well and we had several large dinners and also barbecue was good we cant fault anything The only disappointment we had was we left 2 very large china dishes and one le creuset dish behind"

"Lovely spacious cottage, well appointed with amenities and supplies. Easy to reach and within walking distance of shops and either by car or walk to the beach. "We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. "Check in was very easy.. The house was amazing, plenty of space and the pool was so nice. Our grandchildren had so much fun in there. The games room was excellent and kept us entertained most of Sunday afternoon. The beds were very comfy, with beautiful bathrooms. The view from the top of the Windmill was breathtaking, especially watching the sunset. The local pub was really nice and the food was sooooo good Thank you to the hosts for letting us share your home. "

"We stayed for four nights this November and didn’t want to leave! We were celebrating a 30th birthday and made the most of everything- the marvellous garden, the top of the range hot tub, the BBQ and of course the surrounding salt marsh area, taking out the kayak and bird watching. The resident tawny owl made sitting out watching the stars a must too. Our host Patrick was very friendly and communicative making booking and organisation easy. The local amenities, Red Lion pub and Stiffkey stores...
