Bu kadar kalitesiz bir yere fahiş fiyat ödedik
Otel dökülüyor, tadilat var sözde. Pencerelerden ıslık çalıyor. tek camlı aliminyum çerçeve. sabaha kadar donduk. Sakın gelmeyin tavsiye etmiyorum.

According to hotel price I don't recommend this..I just like service of a lady in reception that's it..All things are bad really disappointed..room,bed sheets,blanket and breakfast totally 0 out of 10...I found nothing in mini bar it was empty even they didn't put a bitter of water,I paid 42.50$ for 1 night its not less according to others but my experience is out of my expectations..but I appreciate a lady receptionist who has better behaviour with smily face..

Tam bir hayal kirikligi. Otelin guzel tek seyi konumu. Iki gece kaldik. Fiyati konumuna gore asiri uygun cunku otel fazlasiyla bakimsiz. Carsaflar lekeli ve pis, tuvalet banyo pis, odalara sigara kokusu sinmis, perdeler yirtik, odada su isitici, bardak, ikramlik cay vs. yok. Kahvalti ucrete dahil ancak kahvalti bile oylesine ozensiz ki… Sadece cay icmek istedim, cay fincanlarinin istisnasiz hepsinin kulbu kirikti, ondan da vazgectim. Gercekten kendine az bir sey saygisi ve baska bir secenegi olan birinin kalmasi mumkun olmayan bir yer. Boyle bir konumda olmanin rahatligiyla salmislar sanirim, cok uzucu.

Rezalet rezervasyon!!
Otelde günlük oda servisi yapılmıyor, bütün katlar ve odalar full tablası gibi sigara kokuyor. Resepsiyon çok ilgisiz müşteri hizmetleri yok denecek kadar az. Resepsiyondan bir şey talep ettiğiniz zaman memnuniyetsiz bir ifadeyle cevap veriliyor. Kahvaltı çok kalitesiz. Tuvalet kağıdı İstediğimizde dışarda satın alıp gelecek kadar yetersiz malzemeleri var. Rahatsız olup çıkış yapmak İstediğimizde ne sebep soruldu ne iyi günler güle güle vs gibi bir ilgi alaka gösterilmedi. Hiçbir tanıdığıma veya arkadaşıma veya dostuma asla tavsiye etmiyorum.

The hotel is disgusting. They didn’t even hear about sanitation there, the room was dirty, there was mold in the refrigerator, torn curtains on the windows. The breakfast generally leaves much to be desired - there is simply nothing to eat, the kettle with hot water has apparently never been washed at all. For that kind of money you can rent a hotel with much better conditions. I can attach a photo as proof.

The hotel is in an amazing place reaching almost everywhere but the only issue hotel has is cleaning, specially about the rooms they really didn't care much.

this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in with my family, can I give negative 10 star?? I had to fight everyday just to get the basic necessity such as toilet paper, towels. in the 11 days I stayed there with my family the room was only cleaned twice and that was because I had to shout and argue with them in sign language and app as no one in the hotel knew how to speak English. I had to take my family away for few days just to get away to a nicer hotel which I have never done before in my life (holiday within a holiday). my wife had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the room so we can stay and feel safe. the best thing about the hotel is the location. there is another hotel across the road which looks much better if anyone is thinking about staying in this hotel. the price looks cheaper as well but hotel looks much better. the breakfast is terrible, its the same cold breakfast served everyday, probably the leftover used as well as after the first 2 days we avoided and went out side for breakfast.

Not really a 4-star hotel
The staff were friendly and respectful, and the location of the hotel is very good. Cleanness was acceptable, except that the toiled smelled bad and some pipes were broken and hanging over the mirror 😊. The way the TV was mounted and cables hanging arounds it was something that I do not expect in a 4-star hotel. As per my experience and observations it is a 3-star hotel not 4-star as advertised.

Sigara kokuyor !!!
Tüm odaları sigara kokuyor. Koridordan da sigara kokusu geldi. 3 farklı oda gösterdiler, hepsi de sigara kokuyordu. Son odayı göstermeden önce oda spreyi sıkmışlar. Sigara kokusunu farketmemem için. Zaten odalarda küllük ve kibrit var. Resepsiyona neden küllük olduğunu sordum, sakız için olduğunu söyledi. Kibrit de mi sakız için dedim, cevap vermedi, tavrı da oldukça kabaydı. Bu kadar rahat sigara içilen bir hoteldeki yangın alarmları ne işe yarıyor acaba? Ana cadde üzerinde ve tüm ses içeri geliyor. Pencerelerin izolasyonu çok kötü. Eğer geç saatte gelmemiş olsaydım asla kalmazdım. Kıyafetlerime de sindi odanın kokusu. Ertesi gün toplantılara sigara kokarak gitmek zorunda kaldım.

Sizin hassasiyetiniz çok aşırı seviyede olduğu için bu şekilde düşünüyorsunuz sanırım.16:55 de check in yaptığınızı görüyoruz sistemde ki kayıtlarımızdan baktığımızda size yardımcı olabilmek adına 3 sefer farklı odalar gösterdik ve en son sizin istediğiniz odada sizi misafir ettik keşke rahatlığınız bu denli yüksek ise odanızın iptalini isteseydinizde o şekilde yardımcı olabilseydik.tabi ki denk gelmiştir rahatsızlık duymuşsunuzdur dediğimiz gibi hassasiyetiniz gerçekten çok yüksek seviyededir sigara kokusuna karşı fakat tüm iyi niyetimizle size 3 oda gösterdik iptal konusunda da yardımcı olabilirdik.Kısaca günde ortalama 200 misafir ağırlıyoruz otelimizde yani buda ay bazında ortalama 6000 farklı insan demek 6000 de bir bu denli ağır tüm oteli kapsayan bir yorumun iyi niyet çerçevesini aştığını düşünüyoruz yinede şikayetlerinizi dikkate alarak daha özenli olmaya gayret edeceğiz iyi günler dileriz...
