The downstairs, where there were 3 bedrooms, smelled of mould and mildew. In the beds we found insects and we were bitten by the bugs. The whirlpool was downstairs in a dark dingy room. The house is in desperate need of repairs. Ants were everywhere in the house. The advertised outdoor pizza oven was filled with cigarette butts. The outdoor BBQ is tiny and filthy. To make matters worse we notified management of the problems only to be ignored and patronized. They were suppose to come and clean the property 3 times during the week and only showed up once. I do villa vacations several times a year and this is the worst experience ever. The only good thing about the villa is the location.
