O melhor aspecto foi a amplitude e disposição do quarto, com varanda e vista para a Marina de Angra. Alojamo-nos apenas 1 noite, pelo que não foi possível utilizar outros serviços além do peq. almoço, que era diversificado e servido em espaço amplo (restaurante). Aconselhamos e voltaríamos numa próxima visita a Angra.

Je recommanderais l’hôtel à tout le monde! Si je retournes à Terceira, ceci restera mon hôtel. Personnel plus que gentil et que dire de la vue!

THIS IS NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL! When my husband and I arrived at the hotel the lobby was deserted. There was no doorman or bellman to greet and help with our luggage. The huge lobby with worn-out furniture was empty. There was no one at the front desk. Behind the front desk was a board that was taped up. Clearly, these were all uncharacteristic of a 5-star hotel. This is a one-star compared to the 5-star and 4-star hotels we stayed at on another Azores island, Sao Miguel. I thought the taxi dropped us off at the wrong hotel. A few minutes later, a lady came behind the front desk. She was not dressed in professional attire like what you normally see in nice hotels. To our disappointment, she confirmed that we were at the right hotel. Our room was not ready, and she asked us to bring our luggage ourselves to the storage room, which was dirty and smelly. My husband and I were disappointed with what we had seen so far and were quite nervous about the condition of our room. The room turned out quite spacious albeit sparse and dated furniture. We were at least relieved that it was clean and had no smell. However, many things malfunctioned - the A/C, toilet flush, coffee machine. We complained about the AC to the front desk. He was not surprised as he said it was a usual occurrence. He said the hotel was full and could not transfer us to another room. He promised to send a fan while he schedules a technician to come. Neither came. Thankfully, the temperature cooled down

Loved this hotel and its proximity to restaurants and shopping as well as other attractions. The pillows were not the greatest and the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable. We had trouble controlling the air conditioning so our room was too cold

Rapporto qualità prezzo sfavorevole
Struttura con carenza di personale. Servizi supplementari in camera praticamente inesistenti. Una persona da sola al lounge bar a dover sostenere una infinità di comande con tempi di attesa biblici. Sistema di accensione delle luci in camera con telecomando poco pratico e assolutamente privo di senso. Impossibile cenare in hotel senza prenotazione (non viene data alcuna priorità agli ospiti).

Great view. Needs some upgrades. Give customers access to the street below thru the elevator. Not force people to climb the hill to get to the lobby

O Hotel è agradável pela localização, Pelos funcionários que tentam fazer os possíveis para agradar! No entanto não considero que o serviço, corresponda a um Hotel de 5 estrelas longe disso!!

Como costume, estadia tranquila e muito agradável no hotel. Staff muito atencioso e um pequeno almoço muito bom. Pena a estadia curta.

Great service and value for money
The staff was very kind and helpful. They always asked me if everything was okey, and it felt like the really cared. They also gave me lots of recommendations about things to see and do, and arranged a guided tour for the same day as I asked. My room was great. It was big, had a great view from the balcony, had a comfortable bed and a jacuzzi. Because of noisy neighbours above me, they upgraded me to a suite after two nights. The suite was huge, twice the size as my first room, and with an even more comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good. I liked the swimming pool with hot water. The jacuzzi next to it had cold water. After reading the former reviews on other web pages before I made my booking, I didn’t have high expectations. I was positively suprised. I believe that most of the issues they had just after getting new owners now are fixed. I would definetly recommend this hotel.

Great locatio NO AC - Broken and would not be repaired. Fan provided but made me sick - hot and humid. Balcony door had to be left open to cool the room but dock construction noise was continuous from 7 AM to 7 PM. Human waste smell in the corridors was unpleasant at times Staff was very friendly
