"The 4 parking spaces up top that belonged to the house were filled with cars from people renting the house next door. Had to park down the drive by the side door. Walking into the house there was an OVERWHELMING smell of gas & sulfer. Opened windows to air it out but the smell never went away. The set up of the house was really cute with a nice living space downstairs. It was hot upstairs in the bedrooms even with the air set to 66 so we slept downstairs on the couch. Hot tub was cloudy w/ bugs...

"This home is very spacious and private. I stayed here with my family. We had a total of 9 adults and 4 teens. There was a lot of room and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies for cooking. The home was clean upon arrival. The owner was great! He had great communication before our arrival and was great about checking on us during our stay. We would absolutely love to rent this home again if we were to return to Michigan."

"While it was only my husband and me this trip, this house would be perfect for a large family gathering. Two full baths and many beds, well stocked with necessities. Lots of games for the kids, two TVs, and a rocking’ internet connection. The lake itself is beautiful and peaceful. Despite many houses, it felt like we were all alone most of the week. "This is a nice house on a nice lot with great views of Coldwater lake. The area is nice and quiet. The place has a huge master suite and 2 proper bedrooms on the second floor. The additional sleeping areas are only semi-enclosed. It would have been nice to have seen the floor plan of the house before we got there, but the place had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our needs. We would stay here again!"
