The accommodation:
Nice studio composed of a bright living room with a living room equipped with 2 sofa beds. A fitted kitchen open to the living room with dining area for 4 people. A beautiful terrace with table and benches for your outdoor meals as well as two sunbeds to bask in the sun in peace.
A beautiful shower room with walk-in shower with storage.
A private parking space in front of the terrace.

Environment:
Close to the Chambre d'Amour district, you have a prime location just a stone's throw from the beaches of Anglet.

Many shops are located near the accommodation.

You can also enjoy fresh products from the covered market of Anglet (open every day).

Bus stops are close to the apartment and allow you to get around the surrounding towns.

We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm and 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

Baby cot rental: €40 (for the entire duration of the stay)
Fan rental: 20€ (for the entire duration of the stay)

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment that you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the time set. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be billed 30€.

Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 pm, and December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).

In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.

Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning & Laundry package included in your booking:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and your arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.
