"Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only.
Broken toilet seat, damp walls.
Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning.
Very jaded rooms. Bird poo all over the garden furniture."

"The hotel was super clean and the room was very tidy and pretty modern. All the staff were lovely. Very nice to get free parking and breakfast.
The only let down was the food in the evening. Paid quite a lot of money for three steaks and they were pretty poor quality and definitely not worth the money.
The beds were quite soft which I'm not used to but still had a great night's sleep either way. I'll definitely look to stay here again though the next time we're down as it's in such a great...

"We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch!

"Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty…
Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail…"
