"Amazing stay as the view over the see is breath taking. We could spend hours on the terrace! The house is from the 70s/80s and so is the furniture. That was not an issue at all to me. House hold appliances (dish washer, fridge...) are brand new. The place was very quiet in October as the road down the house was not busy at all. The kitchen could be more equipped (lack of stoves). Unique down side are the bed not being comfortable due to over aged mattresses."

"We stayed at Villa Aris for one week with 9 adults. Besides the wonderful view and the charm of the property, Aris is a superb host. He is happy to arrange local tours and also found a great chef to prepare a couple of dinners for us. Because he lives nearby, he is available to help with any issues immediately. If you are cooking at the villa, the kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and serving items. Comfortable beds, furnishings and places to gather for large groups. Housekeeping and grounds...

"The home is beautiful and very spacious, however with all the art work within easy reach, it’s not a place for small children. It would be helpful to know when to adjust the window shades during day to maximize the house air flow. The installation of ceiling fans could improve air circulation thus keeping the large family room area cooler. The owner was super helpful with local restaurant recommendations and sites while dealing with his own family health issue. The saltwater pool was wonderful...

"Communication with Yannick was generally good and prompt however on arrival, the water was switched off and the beds unmade. I did not feel there was sufficient bedding left out for us (three people, three single sheets (very coarse and scratchy) and three blankets) so we had to look around to put together enough bedding. The coffee machine had not been cleaned out from previous guests so had to be very thoroughly cleaned - there was mould growing on the liquid. We tried to use the washing...
