ROSE Vacances offers you this pleasant apartment located in a very quiet area of the historic centre of Angers. Located on the 2nd floor, it is entirely dedicated to an immersive experience on the theme of cinema and can accommodate 2 people.



🌟 The accommodation consists of:



• A separate bedroom with double bed and cinema space with dedicated rear projector for comfortable and immersive evenings

• A lounge/equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker), decorated in the world of cinema, with everything needed to cook and relax

• A bathroom with shower

• Separate toilet for added comfort



🚗 Paid parking Place Freppel.

🚗 Free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault car park (15 mins on foot).



📍 Location:

– 10 mins on foot from Angers train station.

– 2 mins on foot from the city centre.

– in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and city attractions.

⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
