ROSE Vacances offers you this cosy studio of 14 m², located in a quiet and historic neighbourhood of Angers, in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. Ideal for a solo stay or as a couple for a short or extended getaway.

Capacity: up to 2 people.

• Living area: with a modular trundle bed that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed.

• Equipped kitchenette: hob, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker (SENSEO).

• Bathroom: small shower, sink and toilet.



🚗 Free parking in Rue Lionnaise and neighbouring streets.

Located in a charming neighbourhood, the studio benefits from a convenient location:

10 minutes' walk from Angers city centre.

Close to shops and public transport.

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
