Villa Ronia is an elegant and modern four-story villa located right on the Lake Maggiore. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Ronia you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the lake and of the mountains. Villa Ronia is 550 square meters (5920 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, direct access to the lake, private terraces, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.3 km (1.45 miles) from Angera, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the bus stop at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (dei Caravalle beach) at roughly 550 meters (605 yards).
You will reach Villa Ronia from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Ronia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars.

Direct Access to the Lake
From the property you will have a direct access to the lake and to a gravel beach. You will reach it from the villa without having to climb any steps.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 12 meters (39 feet) large by 2.5 meter (8.2 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the lake. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Ground FloorTerrace 1
The first terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the lake.
Terrace 2
The second terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two sun umbrellas. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and of the mountains.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, and include a long L-shaped sofa and a chaise longue. There is a modern and double-sided fireplace. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room also has a glass wall. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. In the living room of Villa Ronia you will find an elevator that will take you to the two upstairs floors and to the downstairs floor.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. There is a modern and double-sided fireplace. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include a rocking chair. From the kitchen two French doors will take you to the first terrace. The room also has three large panoramic windows, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Half bath 1
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room through an access area.

The third terrace is 35 square meters (375 square feet) large. It is equipped with sun loungers bean bags. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and of the mountains.
