All the reviews were spot on! This place has an incredible location, is cozy and cute, is one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed, and the communication with the host was perfection!! I can't say enough how wonderful our stay was, from the warm fireplace to comfortable bed, to the well equipped kitchen and even games for a memorable family night, this place has it all!! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!!

This a gem of a condo in Angel Fire!! It was spacious, clean and had so many convenient comforts - toiletries in the bathroom if you forgot something, fully stocked kitchen down to the tiniest details, games, Roku TV, plenty of comfy blankets and pillows! We loved our stay here!!

Outstanding Stay!

"This VRBO exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, it felt like a warm, inviting home. The fireplace was a dream on snowy evenings, especially with hot chocolate. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the ski lifts. It was so convenient to pop back for lunch! We loved winding down after skiing with family games. This is hands down the best place we've stayed in all our years of skiing. We're already planning our return!"

The perfect skiing getaway

We loved this place. Very close to lifts, which was the main thing we were looking for. The condo was nicer than expected and had all the stuff we could need, including washer and dryer, kitchen supplies, even spices. It felt modern and updated and was very clean. If you’re a party of 4, keep in mind that 2 people will be on a fold-out couch, so not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement, but it was worth the savings for us. Also, the owners were very kind and made sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely rent this place again.

Very cute place - walk to ski lift for kids!

Place was cuter & nicer in person than photos! Smelled very clean when we walked in. My 5 year old could walk to ski lift with his ski boots on and 3 year old walked up to life a couple times too! Hosts texted us upon check in and the following day to make sure we had what we needed & were comfortable. Our kids loved the little moose they left us! Had an awesome time and would come back again for sure.

The house was perfect and the location was amazing! We walked to and from the ski slopes each day. We will definitely stay here again. The hosts communicated everything by email and were very responsive to text messages. Thanks!

Gem at Angel Fire

We had a great stay! The hosts have shown great hospitality by stocking the condo really well with items you might want/ need. The bed was comfortable the space was well used and the location can’t be beat. We will come again!

Spring Break Skiing

Great location and really nice condo. We cooked every night after skiing and walked home from the mountain midday for a quick lunch. The owner was responsive and quite helpful. I highly recommend. Great location and really fair price.

A great stay, would return!

We took our two oldest kids on their first ski trip (ages 7 & 5) and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay! Lou was very accessible through email/ and text prior/after the trip. He even gave us weather updates (a storm was on its way) prior to arrival. The place was well stocked; our boys enjoyed the available games and cozy fireplace. The adults enjoyed the heated bed in the bedroom and openness of the kitchen following time on the slopes. I could cook while the guys played games and still interact with each other! We did decide to drive to the green parking lot and take the shuttle to the mountain due to the kids ages/first time in boots, but it is definitely walkable to the slope. A bonus, it was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Small but cozy and well-cared-for

Clean, cozy condo in a great location

Condo was very clean and well-equipped. Fantastic location. Easy to walk kids to and from ski school and to and from the lifts. It was also easy to walk to the lodge for coffee. Hosts communicated extremely well and we felt well taken care of. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The place is lovely! The decor is beautiful, kitchen is well equipped, and clean. Short walk to the lifts, and loved that it was on the first floor. The owners are easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay again!

Wedding in the Mountains

Our stay was a short one for a wedding. The condo was very cute and convenient to all the necessities. Lou was very detailed in checking in and out which made everything so simple! We were also gifted a cute souvenir for our trip. We would definitely recommend for a couples getaway and look forward to staying again!!!

Wonderful family ski trip!

We took our Theo girls (ages 8 and 9) from Texas to Angel Fire for Spring break. Ski Mountain Escape is the perfect condo for a couple or small family. We enjoyed cooking breakfasts and dinners in the beautiful kitchen which was fully equipped with every gadget you could ever need. The walk to the lifts is quick and our kids were able to carry their own skis. The kids enjoyed coloring books and fun games each evening. The owners are very gracious and very responsive to any issues and concerns. The condo has been updated beautifully and was very comfortable. The community if very friendly. Highly recommend Ski Mountain Escape, and we will definitely be back!!

Great condo, first floor, no stairs to deal with. Beautiful kitchen , big dining area. Comfy living room. Nice bed and bedroom. Perfect little walk out patio. Laundry amenities. Short walk to ski lift. Really enjoyed this place. Very relaxing, Especially by the fireplace , easy to get to skiing. Very stress free place
