Being able to ski in/ ski out is top of the list, but also for a family of nearly 20 people the house is spacious and comfortable! The huge kitchen is ideal! They provide all the extras which adds a special touch!The hosts are accessible and easy to communicate with- we had a fabulous trip and will definitely book again!

Wow! What a fabulous venue for a winter corporate retreat! The owners took care of every possible detail and the experience was our absolute best! My practice and I have been attending annual winter company retreats for more than 30 years. We’ve stayed in rentals at ski resorts in Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. This home was by far the best! Whether it’s the bathroom towel warmers, media room, complimentary chocolates, the exceptional hot tub, the ski boot warmer or the ski in ski out feature, there is simply no end the features offered! Try 14 Slope Side once and you’ll know!

It was a big beautiful home! Had so many amenities we didn’t have to buy all the little stuff like in other homes. We will make sure there is a baby gate with us next time we stay for the stairs tho. But we made it work. Hostess was wonderful with communication with any questions we had or problems. We will be back if she will have us.

The host was great and responsive. I highly recommend this house. The house was beyond expectations and my family truly had a lovely time. Only downside was that we should have booked a longer stay. Side note we saw a herd of deers and they walked up to us. FYI they like Ritz crackers. It was hilarious it reminded us of our great danes.

More than we could have hoped for

I can't compliment our stay enough. The place was amazing. We had a large family gathering with 10 adults and 7 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, the kids LOVED the fooseball/games/books/shuffleboard downstairs, the kitchen was spacious, we enjoyed the hot tub, watched movies, we loved sitting out on the patio... there wasn't a space of the house we didn't use or enjoy. It's literally right off the ski slopes, which blew our minds and has us itching to go back in the winter. The hosts communicated so much beforehand, telling us things to do while we were visiting, and answering my many questions. There were a couple of maintenance issues that the owners communicated well about, and were quick to accommodate when we had to use time and energy trying to fix a problem. Truly, over and over, our family expressed how wonderful the house was. Don't think we could have done any better!

It is a beautiful home with a great location. It was right next to the bike trails and skiing trails so we could just hop right on them. The size of the house was perfect for our big family reunionwith large rooms and bathrooms. We appreciated the amenities and goodies :) and bath robes and slippers. The theater was a highlight. There was plenty of parking. It’s at a higher elevation which we appreciated when the town of Angel Fire was foggy in the morning. We were above it all. There were lots of birds and wildlife, we even saw some elk nearby. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, etc. We loved having the two dishwashers. We loved it so much. We’re talking about going back next year.

Amazing Property

Family favorite was the outdoor balcony in the tree tops. Amazing! Clean with all of the amenities a large group needs. Bed’s comfortable, sheets really nice. The theater room was a huge hit. LThere was something for everyone!

Amazing property

We loved our stay at this property. Plenty of room for a large group with lots of beds and bathrooms. Main living area was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was the best equipped that I've ever stayed in. Theatre room was a awesome bonus with movie snacks provided by host. Overall, would stay again and recommend to others.

The best ski trip

This is one of the best trips and a lot had to do with your property! You have thought of everything from the slippers, to flip flops and the robes for after the hot tub! Our friends where very impressed with the manual to explain how to use everything!!

Wonderful Home

This was a wonderful home just as advertised that the owners have thought of everything. There was plenty of space for our 4 families that stayed there. It was so nice to have separate kitchen areas and every bedroom having its own bathroom. We especially enjoyed the patio with its open doors. We had 6 vehicles that all fit in the driveway easily. We hope to come back someday.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Ski in ski out was amazing! Had all cooking amenities needed! The hot tub was cold the first day but it had to be drained and refilled. Also, the sewer was stinky… but we would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place!

The property was magical for a fall stay. The leaves were changing and we saw tons of deer. The house has everything you could dream of, and the best stocked kitchen for cooking out of all the rentals we've ever stayed at. So many amenities (slippers, popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, tea, chocolates, flip flops and towels for the hot tub, shower items, a cupboard full of incidentals like bandaids and baby shampoo). The kids loved the water bottles that were given in every room. Great outdoor space. Only con was no fire pit for s'mores (we used the grill which worked out fine). The house was great for our group of 12 adults and 14 kids. Overall, highly recommend this place. Owner was super responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again!
