Luxurious rental! We had 14 people total, 3 different families and we all loved it. Spacious, clean, awesome appliances, well stocked & with a hot tub & fire pit. Katherine was very responsive and helpful with any questions. Will stay here again if it’s available!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in AF at this amazing home! Every year we spend our family ski trip in AF and have stayed at multiple properties...this has been the best! The home is gorgeous and they provide everything you can think of to make this your home away from home. Our host was very attentive and quick to reply to communication. We 100% recommend this home and are already wanting to book it for next year!

We loved our time at the modern cabin!! There were 3 different families on our trip and there was more than enough room for everyone. The bunk room was such a hit for the kids and upstairs there were so many games to choose from. When you stay at this house - you feel right at home! Would stay here over and over!

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures! It has everything you could possibly need and probably more than you think. We had 9 adults and two kids and everyone was comfortable. We used the deck and fire pit quite a bit which was great!! We had groceries for a week so the two refrigerators was a plus! Katherine was easy to communicate with also so overall, this was truly a great experience. If we have a large group next year this is where we will stay. Brad

The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Between playing in the snow in the back yard, the toys provided in the kid area, the pool table, the selection of games/board games, and the great selection of dvds to watch, our kids ranging in age 5 to 15 stayed busy the entire time and I wish we had planned some more down time just to hangout at the house. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, appliances, and anything needed to cook and serve a meal. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had the perfect trip in this beautiful custom home in Angel Fire. Fabulous furnishings, a kitchen to die for, fire pit for family stories & laughter and an enormous hot tub to soak away a day of skiiing! Host was helpful and provided great communication. We will be back!

We had a large family gathering/ski vacation, there were 22 of us, 6 parents, 7 cousins + 7 friends, a 5 year old and a 2 year old and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house is beautiful and comfortable, a dream kitchen, with 6 burner gas range with griddle, 3 ovens, microwave, all the staples such as tin foil, ziplock bags, spices, flour, oil, sugar, every kind of utensil, pan, pot, dish, small appliance you could ever need. Tons of toys, games, play station, movies, with theater seats, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, air up mattress, play pen, sleds, shovels, fire wood, two laundry rooms, with detergent, dryer sheets, and spot remover, 2 dish washers (huge bonus with this many people) pods for them, dish soap, all kinds of cleaners, I had to message the host of the property about the TV setting and she got back with me instantly. Unlike some places that want you to make the beds when you get there and strip the beds and start laundry etc. before check out, this property only asked 2 things... don't leave dirty dishes and take all your trash! Super simple! There was just nothing we needed with 20+ people that was not available in this house. There is a lot more to this house than I am not going to take time to list, but these are the main things that made our stay so pleasant. 20 unanimous opinions that this house was a fabulous choice!💯

The property was fabulous and was able to accommodate our large family. The scenery was exceptional and the ease of access to the property made it a great vacation spot. We cooked-in most of the time and the large kitchen and great room allowed us to spend quality time and make great memories.

This is a beautiful, spacious home that is well stocked and has every appliance and amenity that you could dream of. We enjoyed the modern decor, deck, outdoor grill, fire pit with dood, and hot tub. There are even toys and board games.

This house was amazing. Anything u would want in a vacation home this house had it. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of beds to accommodate my large family of 19 people. My wife could not get enough of the beautiful kitchen in this home. It was very large and there was plenty pots and pans to cook with. It had spices and all the dishes u could need. The wild life came to our back door and ate out of our hands. My family and I loved this house and would gladly rent it again

Where do I begin? Our family has stayed at many vacation rental properties and this was by far our favorite. It is even better than the photos and Katherine has thought of everything. The location is exceptional, the property is large enough to seem private and the home has every amenity you could ask for including two of many things important to large groups - from dishwashers and washers and dryers to coffee pots and crock pots! Katherine was very responsive and helpful and we are so grateful that they share their lovely home. The deer were welcoming as well:) We were there for snow and skiing which was great, but it would be wonderful other times of year.

Outstanding VRBO, most equipped kitchen of any VRBO we have rented. Modern appliances and very clean. Great location just 5 minutes to Ski Village and lots of space between neighbors. Katherine had driveways cleared on arrival, recent snows left three to four foot drifts around property. Highly Recommend Katherine and the property.
