Ski getaway

The location is about 8 minutes from the ski resort. It's very relaxing and they have thought of everything. We stayed in a cabin close to the amenity center and enjoyed the gas fire and indoor shuffleboard table.

Angel Fire Getaway

My wife and I stayed in the Bear 1 Cabin at Aspen Springs for one week in August. The cabin was perfect for the two of us. It was exceptionally clean and all of the appliances were new. The Sleep Number mattress topped off great days exploring Angel Fire and the extended area.

Peaceful Experience

I needed a place to relax and rejuvenate after a year of teaching high school freshman Algebra lol. I was Extremely Pleased with my Bear 1 Cabin! Kitchen was Immaculate ans well as all of the cabin. Location is quiet beautiful and loved sitting on porch in morning with my coffee and watching the dear walk by! Being from Lubbock TX with temps in the 100’s it was a nice cool 70’s most of the time. No AC neeed I could open the windows!! Been tears since I could do that. Finally management was Superb! I brought my Xbox, yes I’m a gamer, but could reach back of mounted TV to connect. I text for help and within minutes two gentleman man had me up and running as well as going over local restaurants and the grill! The lady I always spoke with was patient and ready to help me out. I will be back! Would love to make it permanently when I retire!!

Outstanding Mountain Cabin!

This property met and exceeded our expectations in so many ways! Everything was so clean, new and updated! We loved the King size bed in the master! There were plenty of pillows and extra blankets to stay warm. The kids loved the bunk beds! For our family, each kid having their own sleeping space is so helpful! All of the kitchen utensils and supplies were clean and new! We also loved that the property was only a 5 minute drive from Angel Fire mountain, yet we felt like we were in a secluded area! The property was so beautiful! Ally, the property manager was so helpful and responsive on text throughout our stay! We really appreciate you guys! Had a fantastic time!

Wonderful cabin in the woods!

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4! It was clean and modern. The property manager was in touch and answered a question for us right away! The kids loved seeing the deer right up close in the morning. We will definitely use this property again!

Private Comfortable Cabin

Firstly, would like to express my gratitude to the owner of this property. I was accommodated with an early check-in and that was extremly helpful. The Cabin was very nice and homey. Every thing you need is there. We woke up at 7 a.m. and there was about 10 white tail deer in the front of our cabin. I would definitely recommend this Cabin to anyone. And I will definitely be booking here again.

Overall a good trip

This was our very first trip to Angel fire. We had a good time overall, however we had some glitches: - It is a must to have chains or good tires. We were Stranded in snow cold for an hour inside the retreat before we got any help. - There is no bottled drinking water in the cabin - if you have them In truck make sure to keep in cabin else it’s all frozen. - The Shower was partially open- water comes all out- it’s a mess especially if you’re going with little kids. - The Thermostat control is only in living room, in case you’re hot/cold- you’d have to get up and go there to reduce/ increase temp - Any requests were responded that all service agents were busy with other things and couldn’t attend to yours. - There’s No board games as mentioned in the website - There was no directions for bear - so be prepared to get lost and find directions on your own. I think apart from these, it’s a good place- we might go there again well prepared.

Great stay, just south of town!

Property was great. The check in process was so easy and they had more amenities that you could ask for. We woke up to mule deer daily in the back of the house and an elk on our last day. It’s nice to be away from everything, but only 5 min to town… definitely do the chiminea, it’s massive. would highly recommend!

Pleasant comfortable stay

Went to this location to enjoy the atmosphere and celebrate our wedding Anniversary. Manager surprised us with a Anniversary gift waiting for us on the dining table as we walked in. Very thoughtful! Manager Aly Kidneigh was very attentive and friendly. Location is great, scenery was amazing. Great overall experience. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay. Beautiful place.

The stay was really excellent and very relaxing. The place is quiet, remote, and really beautiful. Although we had a bit of trouble with getting our car (sedan) in and out due to the snow, the owners went out of their way to help us with it and to accommodate other requests. We are very happy with the stay and will recommend to anyone else.

Dream come true !

Everything about this place was perfect and magical! Snow on the third day helped with kids being able to sled in the property... we are definitely coming back and bringing other families . What a surprise!

A refurbished cabin located in a private valley was our first surprise. New linens, plush towels and a completely outfitted kitchen completed our appreciation of this property. When Google maps was unable to pinpoint their location a call to the owners provided not only concise directions but a time lapse video drive from the entrance to our cabin. The location is quiet, scenic and relaxing. Hiking trails are abundant as is the wildlife. Several deer graze around the cabins each morning. Keyless check in is a bonus. We will stay here again soon.
