Never, ever rent anything managed by VACASA which is also La Quinta and Wyndham. Have video of this hovel documenting the disgusting filth,: shower ceiling caving in, tub spigot epoxied in place, more H2O comes out of spigot than shower head, results in running out of hot H2O, doesn’t drain so stand in cold dirty water to your shins, paint peeling, dead bugs in glassware, only plug in bathroom is non working, requires electrician which VACAS refused to arrange, gas company came to turn off gas for nonpayment. Charged a “ damage waiver” but VACASA could not provide copy of policy, probably because it was never actually issued. I spent 2 hours cleaning on arrival and it’s still filthy, I got the “cleaning fee” refunded but no compensation for the poor condition of the unit. If you call, you get passed from person to person with a “ direct” line to communicate with an assigned representative who will handle your issues. When you call/ text that number, no response whatsoever and you have to call the main number and start the process all over again with same outcome.. Pages of documentation of communication with VACASA, no resolution. Complaint has been filed with NM Attorney General’s Office, complaints with BBB (to add to the 1300 already filed against VACASA) and also filing with Consumer Protection Agency. Have posted video on social media and specifically named VACASA with exact property address. VRBO did NOTHING to help either. Called, put on hold over30 minutes, tried on- line chat, gave up after 40 minutes. If anyone out there has reserved this hovel, get out if you can. Use another booking site, this one is awful
