It a nice resort with many amenities. The staff is very helpful specifically Efraim in the dinner area,Nicolas that makes the crepes in the riviera and Andreas in the reception of the ilia palm amazing stuff..However, it is visible that needs renovation the ilia palm and has a lots of health and safety issues such us broken wardrobes or no access of disability people to the entrance of the ilia palm

Loved the hotel and the location , a bit different from the Grecotel complex , representative of post modernism Greek architecture . An oasis by the forest.Lovely staff and excellent service.

Tucked slightly away from the busier heart of the Grecotel Riviera Olympia complex, Ilia Palms offered a quieter base while still giving guests access to the extensive facilities and beautiful beachfront of the wider resort. From arrival, it felt different to many modern, high‑gloss properties: instead of a sleek, ultra‑contemporary lobby, you walked into a hotel with a distinctly retro, 70s‑style soul. The architecture, original furnishings and simple layout created a nostalgic, almost time‑capsule quality that many guests found charming, especially those who appreciate a sense of history. The focus here was never on cutting‑edge design or ultra‑luxury finishes, but on generous spaces, a calming atmosphere and the benefit of being integrated into a much larger complex while keeping a more tranquil, self‑contained identity. A highlight was the quiet pool area, which felt sheltered from the livelier parts of the resort, with ample space for swimming and relaxing without the crowds. However, it is important to acknowledge that Ilia Palms was ready for renovation. Over time, furnishings naturally showed wear and tear, and bathrooms in particular felt dated compared to more recently refurbished hotels. For guests willing to embrace its nostalgic character and accept that some elements were tired, Ilia Palms provided a peaceful, good‑value way to enjoy the full Riviera Olympia experience. For those seeking very modern interiors, one of the newer sister properties would be better

Paid a 5-star price to find a hotel 60-year old with small rooms being poorly maintained. It is a scam because it is camouflaged behind another 5-star facility carrying the Crecotel brand. Stay away!

ΥΠΕΡΟΧΗ ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΑ

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα από το πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό μέχρι την όλη εγκατάσταση. Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να προσεχθεί, θα είναι η συχνότερη αλλαγή σε πετσέτες και σεντόνια.

Grecotel

This is a Grecotel complex. Grecotel Olympia Oasis and Grecotel Ilia Palms are in the same complex. If you are driving and looking for Andravida in the map for the Ilia Palms it will show a different location than where Grecotel Olympia Oasis is. So a little bit confusing but we got there. All the entertainment and food located at the Oasis not at the Ilia Palm but it is within walking distance and they also have shuttles to take you. Food is good. Beautiful swimming pools at Oasis. Service at the lobby bar in Oasis is really the worse ever. The staff looked overworked and were not nice. At the Ilia Palms check in was nice and quick but the rooms are just ok. Not comfortable beds. I guess you pay for the all inclusive food and drinks.

Καμμια σχεση οι παροχες και η εξυπηρετηση με το 2017. Ημασταν απολυτα ευχαριστημενοι. Νιωθαμε βασιλιαδες σε ολα. Ετσι ξανα κλεισαμε απο νωρις για εμας αλλα και για φιλους. Η αλλαγη που ξεκινησαν δεν εκανε καλο. Μπουφες φτωχος και γευστικα λιγος χωρις ποιοτητα και ποικιλια ,κομμενες παροχες χωρις να εχουμε ενημερωθει, προσωπικο ασχετο με την δουλεια . Εχοντας μετρο συγκρισης το 2017 δεν θα ξαναπαμε!!!

In die Jahre gekommen

Nun haben wir bereits zum 3 Mal das Hotel gebucht weil wir die Annehmlichkeiten des Grecotel Resorts zum günstigen Zimmerpreis haben wollten und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Gebäude ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratzen sollten dringend erneuert werden aber alles in allem hat es und gut gefallen. Das einzige was mich geärgert hatte, war dass ich trotz Grecotel Priviledge Status nicht ein Zimmer in den höheren Etagen bekommen habe, obwohl ich darum gebeten hatte und der sonst tolle Ausblick durch einen Palme komplett verdeckt wurde. Ich denke dass wir es bei 3x in dem Hotel belassen und uns im nächsten Jahr mal weg vom Festland auf eine Insel begeben werden.

Rooms need to be renovated- Excellent amenities

The hotel is part of a complex and most of the amenities offered are located to Oasis Hotel, located about 500 meters away. Delicious food with many options for dining. The pools and beach have plenty of space and even if the property was fully booked, you can always find sunbeds and umbrellas. The water park is offering entertainment for children and adults. On the other hand, the rooms are fair and the mattress needs to be changed. My husband ended up with back-pain after the 3 first nights and this is the main reason I would consider visiting the hotel again. In addition the wireless internet connection was extremely slow. Excellent staff, always willing to help.

ομορφο μεγαλο λιτο δωματιο με τα βασικα ομως....πολυ καλες επιλογες στο all inclusive με καλο φαγητο....παρα πολυ ωραια παραλια κ ομορφες πισινες για μικρα παιδια...ιδανικο για οικογενειες.....τελος εκπληκτικες νεροτσουληθρες....

Complexe hôtelier

Grand complexe hôtelier avec de superbes piscines​ très propres, donnant sur une plage de sable fin. La restauration est abondante avec des fruits frais mais pas au niveau d'un cinq étoiles. Le all inclusive est top. Un seul bémol :pas de lits jumeaux (alors que j'en avais fait la demande lors de la réservation) et qu'une lampe de chevet. Coffre-fort gratuit bien pratique. Il toutefois dommageable que le weekend l'hôtel soit "envahi" par des​ familles greques qui se ruent sur les buffets (chaque enfant demandant 12 crêpes !!! )
