Happy time in Top Finca

The property is situated in a wonderful landscape with a beautiful, well groomed garden. The two houses offer nice and bright bedrooms. Both terraces offer either beautiful sunshine or shelter. We had a great time and everything with the host worked extremely well.

Absolute magical!

This was like no other state any of us have ever experienced. We are all experienced travelers and this was so unique magical, and wonderful. We made a huge family meals and could not get enough time at the sink up. The layout, and pool were absolutely wonderful. Our late night meals and swims outside will be remembered by all 10 of us for ever!

Gorgeous finca

We loved our stay here. The owner was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The pool area is gorgeous, beds comfy, air con good. We also used the private chef to make us lovely paellas on our first evening. We had a great time in Port d’Andratx one evening too. The only things to make you aware of is that there are about 8 cats that hang around the property constantly and purr until you end up feeding them to just get some peace. If you don’t love cats I’m not sure this is the place for you. The other thing is that the transport company recommended by the finca Transbalear didn’t know how to locate the property and couldn’t actually access the property in their vehicle without scraping the van on trees. So double check your transport arrangements. Otherwise marvellous.

Stunning

Absolutely beautiful setting with a high end finish within an authentic stone property. Pool and bar area was great and the pool was heated on request. Beds and bathrooms all excellent with air con throughout. Only 5mins taxi from the port Overall it was a fantastic experience

Traumhaus in toller Umgebung

Die Finca ist ein Schmuckstück und bietet viel Platz. Wir waren mit 10 Erwachsen dort und können gar nicht genug schwärmen von dem wunderschönen Haus und dem tollen Pool. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

We had a great 5-day stay. The property is wonderfully located and the villa very well equipped. The garden has lovely corners for different types of relaxation and pool is very well maintained. We d be excited to come back in future.

Marvelous finca in Mallorca

We spent a fabulous week in the marvelous finca.. We enjoyed the pool and the many shady places in the beautiful garden. We received fine guidelines in mails and booklets. Everything worked out fine and the manager is very efficient.

Lovely finca!

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool area is amazing and the house is lovely too. The communication was excellent and Diana, who received us, was very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the proximity to Port Andratx and San Telmo. The kids went to tennis classes in Peguera which is also 10 min away. We will love to return to the house!

Pool and electrical woes.

Multiple tiles off in pool. Children and adults cut their feet and hands. Not well maintained and pool was murky towards end of stay. Linen and towels not changed during a 10 day stay. For first two days air con went off every time someone used their shower. No internet after first two days.

Very lovely property a short drive to Port d'Andratx

Spacious property and grounds with good views of the mountains and countryside. Kitchen(s), lounges and bedrooms in good order. Good showers. There are two outside dining options. Pool is very good. Could do with more lounger covers/mattresses - only 3 for 5 poolside loungers, and another parasol or two. Furniture needs upgrading - dining chairs flimsy and falling apart. Guest information booklet needs updating (supermarket openings etc) and it is more than the 20 minute walk to Post d'Andratx - 30mins really. Rather inflexible in terms of arrivals conditions - we had to wait half a day with all our bags before accessing the property - a drop-off facility would have been much appreciated.

Wonderful property in a rural setting close to Port d’Andratx

This was a great house for our family vacation in Mallorca. The original house is from the 1,600’s but fully updated. All the bedrooms and the kitchen have AC, which we definitely used during some of the hot humid island nights. Kitchen is large and well equipped. We appreciated have large dining tables in the kitchen as well as outdoors. The local manager is very friendly and helpful. The pool setting is fabulous. The only surprise was the access to the house from the main road, which is quite narrow and not easy to manage with large cars, and the walk into town is on a protected sidewalk but along a very busy road ( not a quiet country path...) One of the highlights was the wonderful chef which the manager found for us. He cooked two exceptional dinners, including one of the very best paellas we ever had on our last night there.

Tolles Anwesen - netter Kontakt - schnelle Kommunikation

Wir besuchten die Finca Mitte Juni für eine Woche mit 6 Personen. Wunderbar, dass jedes der 6 Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Die Gebäude, das Grundstück, der Garten, der Poolbereich - alles extrem schön und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die riesige Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und mehr!! Fast alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte einwandfrei; die Antworten erhielt man meist schon nach wenigen Minuten. Einziger Minuspunkt: es gibt am Pool keine Sonnenschirme. Hier sollte vielleicht nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten: perfekt!!!!!
