"Lots of evidence of previous guest,not alor of amenities "

"Lovely place. Mostly used for sleeping and tv. As a women who traveling, I like to share the neighborhood which we felt safe. We didn't walk anywhere as we were there for UTK stuff. One route between the rental and the downtown area we drove through once then made sure we took another route to avoid it. But the rental accommodated us well and the stairs are steep which was only a challenge for me with a suitcase."

"This is definitely a solid rental choice. Nothing fancy but completely adequate with a great location. Beds were comfortable. It is clear that it is run by a rental agency rather than a private owner as evidenced by some lacking personal touches such as hand soap and other toiletries, but for a last minute rental, I have no real complaints. I would stay here again if necessary."

"This home the best stocked VRBO rental we have been at. Very clean and comfortable. The scenery was beautiful. You are only just over 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville yet when you are staying here you think you are in the middle of the smokies."

"The house is spacious and great for hosting up to 4 people. The listing says there is a pullout sofa and more bathrooms but they were nowhere to be found. What frustrates me are dirty floors throughout the house and the broken window blind at the front door ruins the privacy. On top of that, there were a lot of bugs showing up during our 4-night stay. "
