"Wir haben ein Premium Doppelzimmer gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Bei Ankunft haben wir eine Aufbettung bekommen das war nicht in Ordnung. Bei Nachfrage haben wir als Antwort bekommen, wir hätten vorher anrufen sollen. Angeblich stimmen online Buchungen nie überein. Man bucht online, bekommt es ..."
