We booked the room with 1 queen and 2 twin beds because there were 4 of us. We checked in to find the twin beds locked into the wall with no key. They sent to us a code to open the entrance at our arrival, so no need for anyone to be there. It was late and the code wasn't correct, we called by phone and rang the bell several times and we never got an answer. We had to book another hotel for that night.
