"The unit completely matched my family’s needs. Check-in process was awesome with representative meeting us at the property. We had to check out early and they were very accommodating. Will definitely recommend this cute property with a nice view. Was also very clean."

"We stayed here for 27 nights and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Communication from the hosts was poor throughout our stay, making it difficult to resolve issues in timely manner when they arose.
The room we were given was not the room we originally booked, which was frustrating from the start. Housekeeping was also lacking. Despite staying nearly a month, we were only offered a room cleaning and fresh linens after almost three weeks had passed.

"My wife and I are visiting Cusco from Dallas, Texas. We had a wonderful stay. The host spoke English and was very kind and helpful. He showed us how to operate the appliances. There was hot water in the shower, a gas stove, washing machine, refrigerator, TV with Netflix (big plus), and electric portable space heater (another big plus). The beds were very comfortable and warm. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The place was quiet at night. Short walking distance to Orion grocery store. Definitely...

"Personal muy amable, buena localización para el precio. Lo que podría mejorar es que no está aislado contra ruidos y la ducha es calentador instantáneo, para que salga agua caliente tiene que haber poco caudal. Recomendable relación calidad-precio."
