Adequate space for our party of 4. The lift was fun. Curtains for the higher windows would’ve helped with the light, but not a big deal. We had an issue the first night figuring out the shower and it seemed our question was responded to by an auto attendant and not a real person. We figured it out eventually on our own, but if you had a real issue you might not reach an actual person.

This was a perfect location for all of our activities from Anchorage to Homer to Seward to Whittier. The ski condo was well stocked and check in and out was easy. Plenty of room for our four adults. Lots of extras such as washer dryer, games, soft blankets and a jacuzzi. Definitely will recommend to others.

Was a nice place to stay. Clean. A little disappointed as we arrived coming from Anchorage after our plane landed and our check in was delayed an hour and a half. We had groceries which we purchased and were looking at just crashing but we had to wait. The cleaner was nice enough to let us put our refrigerated items in the fridge.Still was a nice stay despite the late check in. Would recommend.

Really good accommodation and great location!

Overall the property is really good for a family. It is pretty clean with full setup of a Kitchen to prepare a good meal. The property is at a great location near the famous Aleyska Resort. The property manager was responsive with any queries I had. Overall my family had a really good experience at this place.

We were in town for a wedding, and had requested an early check in. We were told it wasn't possible, and15 minutes before the designated check in, received a text that check in would be delayed an hour. We arranged for friends to drop our luggage, and it available almost 2 hours after our designated check in time. This was very challenging as we had to find somewhere else to get ready, and arrange for our luggage to be delivered. Communication throughout this wasn't helpful, and seemed automated. This was a very frustrating start to our stay, and we have had absolutely no follow up afterwards regarding our 2-hour delay. This was very disappointing. The condo was semi-clean. When I wiped something off the floor in the kitchen, it was very dirty.

Great place!

Please note: the AC was set to 50 when we arrived. The fan ran constantly but the temp stayed above 70 during our stay. I set the temp at 60 as instructed when we left. Not sure the AC is working.

Great location and lots of room!

Our family loved our stay in the condo! The location was last perfect for hikes and excursions based in the Girdwood area. There are several hikes based right out of the back of the hotel down the road. If you do the North Face hike (it’s a lot of uphill hiking but worth it) bring some money for a drink (great hot chocolate) at the top before taking the tram down. There was plenty of space for our family and the basics and even coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the kitchen. There isn’t a table but we fit fine on the counter for dinner. Two bathrooms was so convenient and our girls loved having the upstairs all to themselves. There is a large beautiful window that lets in all the light at night and isn’t shaped well for a window covering so definitely bring an eye mask. The master bedroom was very dark. The grocery store in Girdwood was tiny! Do not get a cart! They have a little bit of everything so you can certainly get what you need but you might want to get groceries in Anchorage instead. Have a great stay!

Great place to stay for Seward and Whittier activities

Place was plenty big for 5 of us, beds were comfy and kitchen was convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and Girdwood had just enough open to enjoy the local fare. We would definitely stay here again.

It was clean, quiet, and the decor was modern. For a one bedroom condo, it was super roomy and comfortable. We had only 5 people but it could have easily handled 7 without feeling cramped. Love the loft and the jacuzzi tub!

The property was well maintained, but could use some more amenities for summer months. With no AC (like most places in AK) it was VERY hot. A few fans and some cold water ready in the fridge would have made a big difference. Also, we were unable to check in until 730pm (not 4pm.) It wasn't a big deal because we walked around and went to dinner, but something to be aware of for future guests.
