Had a great stay here. Loved the family room with huge windows and comfortable seating. Great location to downtown- walkable to all the stores and restaurants and the path along the ocean was beautiful. My son appreciated being right across the street from a playground.

Very nice accomodations, well stocked kitchen and a great location. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing experience, we’re so glad Nancy and family are willing to share their home! The location is fantastic and the property clean, comfortable and has great amenities. This is not some cut rate rental only property, it feels like home!

Great location, space, and cleanliness. One side note is there are not blackout curtains so I’d recommend blackout masks. The 11pm sun is crazy cool but also makes it hard to sleep. Would stay again!

The property itself is beautiful, clean and conveniently located just as described and we initially enjoyed our stay. However, after check-out, the host falsely accused us of breaking the window blinds, threatened to make a claim and charge us for damages. After we contacted Vrbo support, the host dropped the claim, stating the blinds were actually “under warranty”. While the stay was fine, the stressful and hostile post-stay communication ruined the experience. Proceed with caution.

Awesome views and location

Stayed with another couple to wind down after a busy two weeks in Alaska. Very clean, spacious and comfortable with an updated kitchen. Convenient location to restaurants downtown. Communication from Nancy was wonderful.

First Timers in Anchorage

First time in Anchorage. I was looking for a convenient location for three nights. Nancy was very easy to work with and very responsive. The property was fully loaded with all the necessities to make our stay easy. It was comfortable and I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a great and convenient place to stay while visiting Anchorage. Thank you, Nancy.

Felt Like Home—But Still a Perfect Getaway

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The property was thoughtfully prepared, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. At the same time, it offered all the charm and escape of a vacation—from the cozy décor to the peaceful setting. The location was ideal—right in Anchorage, just minutes from downtown, yet with a stunning view of Anchorage Bay. If you stay up late enough in the summer, you’re treated to a beautiful sunset that makes the whole place feel even more special. The host was responsive and welcoming, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic home base in Anchorage
