  • One bedroom top floor apartment in the middle of scenic Anchorage, AK! In this very central location you are just 5 to 10 minutes from everything in Anchorage. The apartment itself has views of the Chugach Mnt Range and is close to many restaurants and stores.

    This cozy apartment is newly remodeled and provides all the comforts of home while you are away from home! Sleep comfortably on a king size memory foam mattress with bamboo sheets.

    Nestled in the heart of midtown Anchorage, you are close to everything! You can walk to shops and restaurants and are only a couple minutes by car to downtown Anchorage. The neighborhood itself has many quaint little houses and only a few apartment complexes. Want to day trip to Girdwood or Seward? This space is only 2 minutes from the New Seward Highway! Convenient for getting around.

The unit was clean, nicely decorated and within walking distance of restaurants. The host promply answered all inquiries and gave good instructions for check in (including allowing us to check in early as we arrived around noon).

Apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Wi-Fi was strong and Johanna responded quickly to requests for info. The only snag we had was trying to get quarters for the washing machine! Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute place. It was clean and cozy! The bed was comfortable. This will definitely be one of my “saved” places for the future. The bedroom had a fan which is what I always need. I loved this place!

Perfect for quick business trip!

Quiet, clean and comfortable! I was in Anchorage for 3 nights on a short business trip and this apartment was located within minutes of everywhere I needed to go. It was very affordable and host communication was excellent. I will definitely stay here again if it is available.

The space was absolutely what was promised. The apartment was beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. Would definitely come back again!

We needed a base for Anchorage and this worked great for the two of us. Downtown was a couple miles, but we like to walk so it was great. Restaurants were within 1-2 miles. The reserved parking space was close.

Great space to spend some time in Anchorage. We loved how quick it was to access the Creek Trail to the Coastal Trail. We did lots of walking. We walked to the REI and grocery store, about 20 minutes and then walked into downtown all 3 days, about 40 minutes by paved trail system and 25 minutes by street sidewalk. The place itself was clean, quiet and well supplied.

Great stay in Anchorage

Place was great, nice and clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Worked great for our first night in Anchorage. Be aware that, at least for us, Google Map directions don't really explain that you have to drive around a business to get to the road to access the main street

Quiet neighborhood. Great mid-town location.

Great mid-town location from anywhere in the City. Very quiet neighborhood. Do need a vehicle, but was able to easily call a cab or Uber. A little older property, but still a comfortable place to say.

The actual apartment was clean and well decorated. My issue comes from the neighbor on the right side. I was simply standing in the door frame and he came out yelling he was going to “f me up”. I got a little spooked out so I had to call a family friend to escort me out which was inconvenient but at no fault of the owner.

Great location/Clean and Modern

Nice comfortable Vrbo. Quiet, modern decor, clean, great internet access. Perfect for work and site seeing.Best to access property from the North and C street /23rd. If you use A street go south to 16th, turn left and go to C southbound to 23rd.Google Maps and Waze try to route you thru the Fireweed Bldg parking lot and to 24th street which is really an alley by lower 48 standards. Seeing this makes the property appear to be located in a sketchy area. It is NOT a sketch location. Quiet, safe well kept by Anchorage standards.
