  • Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. Pet friendly (small pet fee, please contact Host prior to booking)!

Great place to stay if you want to be away from the chaos of the city but close by. We only stayed one night since we were in town for an appointment but this would be a great home-base for travelers as well. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location for exploring Anchorage and the surrounding area, everything was as described, and we appreciated all of the welcoming touches in the suite! Very close to Potter’s Marsh, an excellent area for birding. Would happily stay here again!

We only stayed one night, but we were very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is close by to many restaurants, and about 15 minutes to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and there are many little extras that are a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location for a couple staying in Anchorage. Allison has provided everything you could think of and maybe more.Easy to uber downtown and to the airport.The location is great and the area is very quiet.So glad I found this gem and booked it.
