Accurate name "Nothing Special, but cozy"
There were several positive things about the place:
1. The location was great with how close it was to the main roads, highways, parks, and airport.
2. The home was plenty big with several large rooms, couches, cots and sleeping options.
3. Plenty of hot water
4. Left several water bottles in the fridge for us
5. Had several seasonings that could be used
Some small things that could be improved on:
1. Upon arriving, there was a cigarette butt on the floor near the trashcan
2. Kitchen could have had more silverware and baking sheets.
3. The stove wasn't cleaned and began smoking badly from something that had been previously spilled. We had to clean it in order to use it.
4. The carpeting was very old/worn, but fortunately it was clean and did not smell
5. The back yard or neighbors behind had about 7 cars/work trucks out there, which wasn't very aesthetically pleasing.
6. Internet was slow and occasionally stopped working. I reset the router twice on different days, which helped some.
7. Had a decent, large TV in the den
Overall, it was ok for the money. If you aren't looking for luxury and need a crash pad, the place will work for you.
