I’m not sure the house was cleaned. The washing machine has a load of wet clothes that had soured and the smell was awful. The coffee pot had used coffee grounds where it had not been cleaned out. The dish drainer and the dish washer were full of dishes. The sheets looked as if they had been slept in and then the bed was made. The location was great but the house was just not what you usually get out of a rental.

Check in was great, we got in late, but the sun was still shining so we found the lock box easily. Kitchen was nice. There were several opened food items in the cupboards and in the fridge, but it was nice to have coffee available to make.

Best home in Anchorage Alaska to rent.

Our stay in this incredible home was nothing short of spectacular. Zeb, our gracious host, went above and beyond to cater to our every need, ensuring our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Each bedroom was a spacious retreat, offering ample natural light and a cozy ambiance that invited relaxation. The kitchen, a culinary haven, was outfitted with every appliance and tool one could wish for, making meal preparation a delightful adventure. Each bed enveloped us in comfort, providing a restful night’s sleep after our busy days.Zeb's communication was outstanding; he was always just a message away, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We chose Zeb’s home as our base for my son's wedding in Alaska, and it turned out to be the ideal location, perfectly situated for our needs and gatherings. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this wonderful home. A heartfelt thank you to Zeb for being such an extraordinary host!

Anchorage stay

The property was conveniently located and easy to find. The host replied promptly to all communications and the cleaning person even came by to bring something we needed. The property was generally clean. There were 9 in our party (5 adults, 4 kids), and enough beds for all of us, but only 2 bathrooms made it a bit tricky. One of the reasons we booked the house was because it had a hot tub. However, we tried two nights in a row to get it to heat up, but it wouldn’t, so that was disappointing. The kitchen could use some updating in regards to age of pans and lack of some utensils.

Great location!

Owner is very communicative and house is very well layed out. Teenage son took over the bottom floor, the rest of us were upstairs. No problems. Beautiful geese and Sandhill Crane visited us every day. Absolutely recommend waffles and whatnot for breakfast - great food. They will pick for you if you’re a first timer - we were not disappointed.

Great place, great location!!

We needed a place to fit our large family, and this home exceeded our expectations!! This is a very nice home, in a great, quiet neighborhood close to everything you need. Beautiful view, and close to all that Anchorage has to offer. The home itself is very nice with a beautiful hot tub! The owner was more than helpful with any questions we had and great to work with! We will definitely stay again!!!

Amazing!

Zed and the property were amazing! The house is awesome and stocked with everything you need to cook. Zeds communication was seamless, quick, and always helpful. The location was perfect, close to downtown restaurants and shopping. (Also grocery store was 2 mins down the road) And the drive to further destinations was gorgeous. This was one of our favorite vacations and will be rebooking zeds home in the future.

Saw a moose

Very nice and spacious home. Didnt use hottub because it would've required shoveling steps, walkway, and deck to access and I dont believe as a guest I should have to shovel. Heating was an issue. Even after maintenance came, house didnt get above 60 and thats cold. WE FINALLY SAW a MOOSE on the street the last day and that made staying there worth it.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a quick stop over in Anchorage after our cruise. Our large extended family was able to spread out and enjoy the evening at the house before some of us flew out and the rest headed to the land portion of our trip. There were plenty of rooms and open areas to relax. The washer and dryer were wonderful to be able to use. Zeb was quick to respond with one “hiccup” that we experienced. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Zeb’s home was perfect! The location was close to everything we needed. It was the perfect place to host dinner and game night for our work group. The home is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Zeb went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had a great stay at this home in Fairbanks. We stayed for 3 days and it had everything we needed for that time. Check in was easy, communication was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect stay all around!

Great Alaskan experience!

Very good communication with owner. The house is in a great spot, close to freeways and restaurants, gas, fast food, stores, and Krispy Kreme donuts perfect for the kids! We had a great stay. Home had alot of room, but we all still had our own space. The one problem we had,( which wasn't really even an issue for us really) the owner took care of immediately and was very responsive in fixing the issue. We appreciated everything our host had in the home, and loved the shower lol...we will definitely be back again! Lorreta and family
