Dear Rana, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback from your most recent stay with us. I am disheartened to hear that you were not impressed with out facilities. I can definitely understand the frustration of having appliances and certain items not working for you and having to work with maintenance to get it fixed. We do our best to make sure we catch as much as we can before a guest gets to the room. I am pleased to hear that at least the staff were courteous and friendly.
