    Quiet property in the woods, very spacious rural neighborhood. lots of wildlife (moose, bears, lynx)
    Kitchen, Laundry washer/dryer. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 Cozy Bedroom with full bed Memory foam mattress . Futon converts in to full bed with memory foam topper. BBQ , Patio furniture .
    *There is 1 Outdoor Security Camera on the garage of the Main Home for safety.

    6 minute drive to mountain hiking trails.
    14 min drive to groomed ski trails and down hill skiing at HillTop ski area.

The cabin was cozy and clean, and plenty large enough for my husband and I. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The bed was comfortable. It was a perfect spot to do things in Anchorage and the surrounding mountain hiking. We drove down to the Kenai River area twice. The hosts were very nice and their dog visited us a few times. We were able to see black bears from our cabin window. Our stay at the cabin was the best part of our Alaskan trip.

Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. It was very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice laundry room. We were able to hike and also drive to 2 marine cruises. It was a short drive to downtown Anchorage. We were able to park our small camper next to the cabin. It was wonderful!

a really cute little cottage with all the ammenities you’d need for a stay including a laundry with washing powder and a washing basket, kitchen cupboards stocked with snacks, bowls and cutlery, and even streaming networks on the tv and multiple spare towels and blankets! only thing i would change would be to have a tv in the bedroom or the lounge facing the tv

We stayed before ski season. Survey wouldn’t allow NA or no entry. Nice cozy cabin close to town and convenient for sightseeing. Easy to find. Enjoyed our stay.

Great little cabin

The cabin was a perfect little getaway from the hustle and bustle of my cousins wedding. We didnt get to see any wildlife but it was still a perfect little place.

Wonderful, well stocked cabin with everything we needed during our stay. Close enough to all of the things to do in and around Anchorage, but far enough away from the city to feel secluded and enjoy the natural scenery. I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was an excellent location. We loved that it wasn’t in the city, but it wasn’t a long drive to all the Anchorage stops on our itinerary. Very convenient. Loved Sadie.

Honeymoon

My wife and I stayed in this cozy little cabin while visiting anchorage and it was absolutely perfect. The location is great if you don’t want to be in the city, and they have a very sweet dog that will greet you when arriving. We loved our stay and will definitely try to book again if we come back to anchorage!

Cozy cabin for two.

Cabin was clean and cozy, very comfortable for two people. Close enough to Anchorage but still felt secluded. Saw a moose on a side road near cabin. We would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Mother Daughter Trip

Perfect cabin! We stayed 2 weeks and it was in the perfect location. Very clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook with! Bed & Futon Bed were very comfortable. Owners are very close to the cabin and very sweet and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

Cozy

Such a perfect little cabin in the mountains! Appreciated learning the history of the property and how toasty the heater kept us. A well stocked kitchen made it very easy to stay in and stay cozy when we were done exploring for the day. Thank you for being such great hosts!

Alaskan vacation

The cabin was everything we expected. Matt and Julie were excellent hosts. We were treated to an unusual Lynx sighting. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay!

Husband and Wife Vacation

The property was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided only had to get food. It is in a great location out of town but not far and was able to quickly get to were we wanted to go. Would stay again. Thanks for the great place.

cozy cabin very nice and clean

property was very clean had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. saw a moose in thectard and another going in.close to anchorage and several smaller towns and glaciers.matt and julie and precious daughters and thier dog sadie were spectacular.

We loved the cabin and the area that it was in. We saw moose two different times. The cabin was very clean and cozy and Sadie is adorable.
