This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath loft allowed five of us to stay very comfortably. Anne keeps it extremely clean, with everything working, and she was always available. We could tell it was someone's beloved home, not your average vacation rental. We enjoyed it tremendously!

This is a very nice accomodation. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms there is alot of room to spread out. The back deck is lovely with a great view. There is a great donut shop nearby! We would definately stay again.

Beautifully designed and comfortable home for our family. Loft is seriously slanted, so tall kid or adult might bump head, but ours survived. Futon is quite comfortable and a great space for that extra person. We had 7 in the house! Nicely supplied with lovely bedding and towels. Great amenity was washer and dryer!

The 5 of us came up so two of us could participate in the Anchorage Marathon events. This was a great base for 7 days of exploring the area. We journeyed to Wasilla/Palmer, Whittier, Girdwood and all around the Anchorage area. The property was clean, well kept, and stocked with all we needed. Check-in/check-out were easy, and the owners were friendly and communicative. I would definitely recommend.

Traveled with 7 family members ranging in age from 10-84. We enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and light. The hosts were great communicators and were responsive when we had a fuse issue in the kitchen. They also supplied coffee and tea, left us cold water in the fridge for our late night arrival. I would recommend having more dishes available (set of 6) for a house that fits 7 people. We ended up getting disposable plates and utensils, as it was easier than doing dishes 2 x day. I also would recommend getting a second non slip mat for the master tub for safety! Great location! Easy access to everywhere! Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Anchorage!

Good central location for heading both north and south of anchorage. A car is necessary. Nice home with good space. Back deck is great in good weather. Master bathtub has unusual shower connector. All bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

Everything in the house is very dated and the kitchen was not clean. We never used the deck because it was very dirty. The owner was very nice and friendly and the location is great, but I would not recommend.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We were in Anchorage for 9 days. This property is centrally located to everything in Anchorage. The house is comfortable and clean. We had 5 people, the youngest of which was 13. Everyone was very pleased with our stay. There was plenty of room for us to spend time hanging out together The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked in about half the time. The owners were wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again! One note, all bedrooms are upstairs so keep that in mind if you have anyone with mobility issues.

My family of 5 needs two hotel rooms when travelling, but even then the 3 kids complain for sharing a hitel room. However, everyone loved this property as it had plenty of room for all of us. We were pleasanrly surprised with a deck in thr back opening to a lake. Wife and kids loved their stay and wanted to spend more time exploring Achorage from this conveniently located townhouse. But alas it was booked on other days of our travels. I accidently left a pair of clothes, which Jason graciously got cleaned up and deliverer them to my hotel room on our return leg. Overall, a great value for money, enjoyment and relaxation. This will be my #1 choice to stay on my future trip to Anchorage.

Excellent spot for a family of 7. The place is awesome and the back deck is fantastic for relaxing with my morning coffee. Close to the parks too (with a great view of the mountains). Everything was clean. Would highly recommend

We stayed three nights at Reflection Lake after hiking in Denali NP. It was exactly where we needed to be. Everything was beautiful in the house and it was well supplied for our needs. We were a party of four so I would suggest adding a few dinner plates for a group larger than six but that is a very minor suggestion. Annie & Jason were swift to respond to any questions. Their instructions and directions were thorough and easy to understand. Very kind and helpful people. We enjoyed resting & reflecting as we overlooked the lake. The washer, dryer and dishwasher worked great. We will definitely stay again if we return to Anchorage.
