Doors & windows don't work. All doors held closed with wood rods, locks don't work. Spa maintenance never showed up. Yard guys showed up 2 times early in the morning with no warning. Most lights and switches don't work. Screens fall off of windows and doors. House has alot of water damage and wood rot. Showers and sinks are so old they look dirty. Ice machine doesn't work. Plugs don't work. The mattress and pillows are crushed and flat. The internet router in the master bedrooms shines a bright blue flashing light and you can't stop it. People park on the street and walk through the property right past the master bathroom that has no curtains. Parts of the outside porch are loose and fall through making it unsafe to walk outside. The gutters are clogged and cause water to go into the house. Master bath was so corroded when turned on the jets shot out Black chunks. House had no tissues and barely any toilet paper.
