Wonderful clean property and helpful management

The home was beautiful and very comfortable! We had one issue during our stay and the management team handled it same day for us. We are very greatful and highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay

This property was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland. We enjoyed the pool and a BBQ on arrival day after a long drive and then two full days at the parks. The house was located very close to the parks which was perfect and it was extremely comfortable. We will stay here again definitely.

Amazing place to stay. I would say the lack of communication with the management was the only issue. There are a lot of voices but the information given was not the same for some accommodations requested. However the stay was wonderful and we appreciate the hospitality.

Beautiful home, fantastic location !

This home was fantastic, we have a big family 6 kids (ages12-23) . This home was perfect for us. 4 bathrooms made our lives easier. We always had hot water for showers. The game room was spacious, the kitchen is well stocked with essential cookware. The pool was private and beautiful! We did disney & knott's berry farm, which were minutes away, universal was a reasonable drive away. Check out was easy.Had a wonderful week, thank you!

Disneyland over the holidays

This house was perfect for our group of adults and a couple of kids with very different ages. Everyone had their own space and it was nice to have so many full bathrooms. The location is perfect for getting to Disneyland and taking a break midday, if needed. It was also convenient to Knotts Berry Farm.

Family Disney Trip

The house was the perfect layout and amazing for our family! Everyone had their own area and we had two couples so it was nice to have two primary’s separate from the other rooms. We had an issue with the alarm right away, but it was operator error on our part and we never had another problem. Our last night we also had a treat of being able to see the Disney fireworks from the back yard.

Good location - comfortable accommodations

Enjoyed our stay. We stayed here instead of each getting hotel rooms. There are 3 private suites which was nice. There are ALOT of restrictions. I don’t think I would bring kids here even though it’s super close to Disneyland. You can’t make any noise outside from 10pm to 9am even though there is a pool. No music allowed outside. Remotes have to be returned to a basket or a $100 fine will be assessed. Things like that. These weren’t issues for our 3 professionals, but would be tough with kiddos. Overall, would recommend for adults.

Excellent location and property, big pool!

Just spent 10 days at this property (two families, 4 adults & 4 teenagers). The location was ideal to travel to multiple locations including San Diego, Hollywood and beaches Big, deep pool ideal for teenagers Great facilities within the house, enough space for two families to happily spread out Would definitely return!

Nice location and good room arrangement

The layout of the house was good, the location was excellent but cleanliness could be improved significantly. Control of insects (mosquito?) in the backyard needs also to be improved. The family experienced several bug bites and treatment was required.

Excellent Location

This home is in a nice, safe neighborhood that was centrally located for our needs. The first night we heard Disney’s fireworks and went out by the end of the pool to watch them. Though we couldn’t see the low to the ground parts of the show, we could see all of the high fireworks. What a nice surprise! We had three couples that shared a time of reunion from grad school days, over 30 years ago and the location of this home couldn’t have been better for getting to all of the places we visited while reminiscing. We didn’t have any issues during our stay, but with the prior communication with LaDonna, I had no doubt if anything had happened, she and her associates would have corrected them quickly and efficiently.

Very Responsive Management

When we arrived the house was clean and tidy, but unseasonably cold. Someone had turned the thermostat way down. We called the maintenance property manager and within an hour he delivered space heaters to make sure we were comfortable that night while waiting for the maintenance crew to repair the heat the next day. This immediately earned them a 5 star review. This attention to detail and responsiveness was exceptional. Thank you very much!
