Todo bien, solo un poco de confusion con el recepcionista al hacer check in porque yo no hablo ingles, y el no entendia nada de español, pero todo se soluciono. Solo si se nos hizo raro que nos haya pedido que le diéramos una tarjeta y pense era para el deposito, poreso se la dimos con nuestras identificaciónes mi papá y yo, pero todo bien al parecer, pensamos nos habían cobrado mas. Pero despues nos dijo que no, que solo era para corroborar datos, pero igualmente con esa tarjeta no se habia realizado el pago. Pero si fue muy raro que el se haya pasado la tarjeta a travez del mostrador, ya que pues no es tan seguro dar una tarjeta porque pueden copiar datos.

La habitación cumplió con nuestras expectativas, el único detalle es que por alguna razón nunca tendieron nuestras camas. Fuera de eso si lo recomiendo como un buen hotel familiar

Fueron muy amables en permitirnos hacer el ingreso tarde; sin embargo el cuarto tenía demasiados defectos entre otros y muchos, olía raro, sólo prendía la luz principal las demás luces no prendían, no prendía la televisión, no funcionaban los enchufes de la recámara sólo los del baño no servía el teléfono

La verdad, tenia miedo por los malos reviews de los comentarios, pero en general fue una experiencia agradable, la habitacion estaba limpia, no tuve problemas de ruido, en general buena experiencia.

We had the worst experience with this establishment! Cleanliness and customer service was poor! I booked two rooms for 2 nights for myself and my sister. We ended up having bed bugs! When we called the front desk in the morning they were un-sympathetic and offered no apology. They simply told us we could move rooms or they could refund us for one night. They refused to refund us for the first night. When we went to get refunded for the second night their printer was conveniently not working. I have yet to receive my refund. I highly doubt they were going to address the bed bug issue and just book the room after we left. So disgusting! Never again!

The room we got was so unsanitary and felt so uncomfortable. We got a shed of a hotel room for one. We felt like we were in a scary movie lol. Anyways as we were scoping around the room we were gonna close the door, and a crack head called us a gay slur. We stayed for about 30 min trying to find another hotel before we checked in. We tried looking for the positive but there was none.

My stay was not bad but it was not great. Everything was great until it seemed like it was a problem to go back to our room, after we thought we had got everything out, went to front desk and the reception seemed like he woke up on the wrong sode of the bed because he was not happy to wake up and offer customer service. Sorry not sorry. Also, we were woken up at 2:59 am to cops and choppers in the area looking for someone, that was unsettling and was hard to go back to sleep. Overall our stay was “you get what you pay for!” So for the price, I guess.

When calling to secure the romm— because of late check in ( enjoying Disney). We explained would not be arriving until after midnight when Disney closes. They wanted an additional 40.00. They are not close to Disney- about three miles away, the hotel is more like a motel. Sketchy part of town. There are many other accommodations worth the money! They offer onsite shuttle services, and other amenities like breakfast! We never even checked in it was so bad!!

This was probably one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. First off, the pictures make the property seem like it’s a newly renovated, bougie & sought after place to stay at. No. When we walked into our room the furniture was chipped, damaged, and stained. The king bed was hard as a rock. The AC unit smelled like mildew. The curtains had burn holes in them. The fridge made a rattling noise at night. The shower didn’t drain at all, which made pools in the bathroom. The outlets and fixtures were worn so every time we would plug a charger in, it would just fall right out. At night when we tried to sleep we could hear stomping, slamming, and yelling from every other room because the walls are paper thin. The door didn’t have a security lock (chain lock/swing hinge) so it made us feel very unsafe at night. You could hear every passing car from the surrounding area. And they come into your room to “clean” regardless if you put the “maid service” sign on the door or not. And I say “clean” because they came in, and didn’t do anything other than lift the toilet seat up. Moving aside from all these issues, the manager was cordial, he helped us twice when the next door room had their alarm going off for two hours straight. It’s about a 10 min drive to Disneyland, and has great restaurants near by. But other than that, you get what you pay for and I won’t be staying here again.
