Great stay for Disney
The master bedroom was really great and roomy. All the rooms had great features and was a comfortable house overall. Lots of rules and warnings. It seems many are forced by the city of Anaheim so you can't blame the property managers for some. The house is farther from Disney than you think. You have to be willing to walk for 30 minutes before you start your day if you plan to stay here and walk. I would stay again.

Great House with Everything you Need!
We were here for a work trip, which was perfect relative to proximity to the convention center. It was so nice to be able to come back to a home after a long day on our feet. The house was perfect for a group with all the amenities we needed/wanted. It was clean and tidy. The check-in/out process was seamless. We'll definitely be back again!

Work trip
Perfect location for a work trip. Walking distance to the convention center made the location ideal. Quiet neighborhood. Good rooms. Pool, pool table, and ping pong are nice for the down time.

Great area!
We enjoyed our stay so much! Lots of space for everyone. Home had all we needed and even extras for the baby. A lot of thought in the rental. Would stay here again. The property manager was amazing and always willing to help.

Fine House To Stay In Near Disneyland
This house is in a nice, quiet location close to Disneyland, and even looks better and more landscaped in person compared to the image that shows up on Google Maps! The living and dining room areas had enough space to comfortably host 7 adults for 4 nights. The beds were comfortable, although sleeping in the top bunk as an adult takes a bit of effort and can be awkward, especially after a day of walking. While the house worked for what we needed, there were some negative things, like a detached broken toilet seat in the hall bathroom, a confusing and very loud pool alarm on the door to the backyard (directions on the wall said to look for a code to disarm the alarm in the guidebook, and when we finally figured out where the information was, it ended up just being a button you hold down as you open the sliding door?), we kept finding spiders, and there was a big dusty nest of cords in the corner of the living room with trash on top of it. Also, the backyard motion sensor lights in the backyard kept going off and shining light into some of the rooms in the middle of the night, hopefully triggered by stray cats. Overall the house was a fine home base during our vacation.

Only half our group got to stay due to illness but the rental was as advertised. Long walk to Disney parks but doable. They didnt see fireworks from parks at the house.

NAMM visit
Property is quite nice, really close to Disneyland and reasonably close to the Anaheim Convention Center (our main concern). Wow, there are a ton of rules though (mostly city bylaw driven, not the owner/VRBO). But it did make you a bit paranoid that something was going to be overlooked.

Disneyland Trip
House was as described. Kids really enjoyed the heated pool. Easy access to Disneyland. Would definitely use again next time we go to Disneyland.

Great location
The booking process felt overwhelming. We booked it for and then a ton of emails and messages came rolling in they needed pictures, and contracts, and didn’t communicate amongst each other to see if anyone sent it. It was obnoxious and felt like a full time job just to book the place. They charge for pool heating but the pool was NOT heated. We brought suits to use it but the water was insanely cold. The list of rules was intense. Like pages and pages. All throughout the house are pictures of fines you will get for not following rules. The location was great. Also they don’t make the WiFi info clear so we couldn’t even download movies for our flight. I would go somewhere easier to book with less hassle

Sorry that you did not have an exceptional stay at our property. Contracts are a necessary part of our booking process. Our pools are heated to 82 degrees which can be cool to the touch. Additional heating is available if you choose to pay for it. All city rules can be found in the listing and in the contract. Directions for Wifi can be found in the online property guide and our staff is available 24/7 to assist you.

Good and Old
Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. We enjoyed the pool(my kids). We were gone all day each day we were there. So we didn't really "stay" like we normally do. I will say that the home seemed old and outdated. There were scuffs and things on the walls that were visible upon entry. There was a broken water heater on the counter(I have pics) Lamps were rickety(I had to unplug the one in the main bedroom in order to turn it off) the rust on the faucets and shower heads was real. Some were difficult to turn on. Pots, pans, silverware is old. There wasn't a coffee grinder. (but there were filters and I was grateful:)) I did love the alarm to the pool. That made us parents feel good. This home is located in an excellent location as far as Disney and the convention center was concerned. This home has soooo much potential to be STELLAR. But it needs a lot of TLC. Oh and the beds are comfy. That huge! Overall it was underwhelming. And I didn't pick up any of this on the pics. But we are grateful to have been able to stay there.

Location was great
We were there from the East coast to celebrate an early Christmas with our 3 grandchildren- Under 7 staying with us. The location is a short walk to Disney - so we would drop off everyone and one person would return the car to the condo and walk back. The pool was nice for the kids - lots of pool toys The condo is showing wear in the bathrooms and kitchen but we were only there to sleep so it didn’t matter. The biggest problem is the rules of Anaheim - no noise before 9am which meant we couldn’t go outside or in the garage to play. Right after breakfast we had to be ready to go to a playground. Some mornings it was rainy - and we are not TV/Switch grandparents- so that was challenging. But if you want to be close to Disney it will be the same at every rental.

Disney New Year
We would definitely book this home again. It was an easy walk to Disney, which is what we were looking for. It was super clean and comfortable. All of the amenities were perfect for what we needed.

Thanksgiving Get Away
It was a crazy week getting our family together for a trip to Disneyland and California Adventure. I think the things that stood out most were the little details from the children’s Disney plates and utensils to the double stroller (how did you know?). We walked into the house with a lighted Christmas tree, and our grandchildren became excited. The place was clean but had some obvious wear and tear. For those coming from colder climates the 82 degrees in the pool should seem warm; to us who live in warmer areas pay to have it warmed to 84-86. Would recommend this place as a place to stay. Thanks for the good memories!

Rather stay here than in a hotel
So nice to have 3 bathrooms and separate space after Disneyland. We had 4 kids with us so really appreciated the washer and dryer. Not sure that it’s listed and I missed it but there’s a regular coffee pot-nice to know ahead of time. Bring your own grounds. (No keurig) Easy walk to downtown Disney. Uber rides were affordable as well. Communication from host was perfect!

I rented this beautiful home for our trip to Disneyland. The home is lovely with all the amenities. Carolyn was absolutely wonderful in accommodating us! The pool was amazing and it’s a saltwater pool! If I ever come back to the area, I would definitely rent this home again.

Loved our stay
Very nice setup for 2 families with kids. House was very nice and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool. Close to Disneyland although we didn’t walk. Strict city codes about noise were kinda annoying. Took almost a month to get our deposit back.

House had plenty of space for 9 of us. There was some damage that needs repair…..cracked tiles, missing grout, drawer handles missing….just general maintenance. Lots of cobwebs everywhere, tape left on walls from previous guests. Vert uncomfortable beds. We did enjoy the outdoor space very much.

Had have the toliets worked on 3 times
The toliets wouldnt flush right had to have maintance come 3 times. Also property management notified my family to remove our RV from driveway when we were just unloading our luggage. We new the rules we were placing our 26 RV in storage an had a van rental waiting for us to pick up. Still havent tecieved my deposit back an its been over 30 days@@@ stay on your toes when dealing with this company in California

The layout of the property is very functional, and the distance to the Disneyland parks is reasonable- it’s about a 30 minute walk from the house to the park entrance. It could use some fixing up (especially the kitchen tiles), but overall a good property.

Our stay
The amenities were great (we had everything we needed for cooking, hygiene, washing supplies and pool towels. Pool was nice. All the televisions were nice! The bathroom towels were old and worn out. The garage had a horrible smell. I am assuming it was the washing machine. Musky smells through the house. The garage floor was nasty. Garage needs a deep clean if you are going to have entertainment and washing machine out there. The air conditioning struggled to stay between 73-74 even when it was set at 72. Most nights I was sweating. The guest bathroom fixtures in the bathtub need to be replaced. The outdoor furniture had bird poop all on the chairs. On the 4th day we saw tiny ants coming from the garbage disposal FYI

Disneyland Trip
The property is great and had most everything we needed. If you are a coffee drinker, bring coffee with you as well as any sugar you may need. We found the need for baggies and foil which also were not available at rental. The pool was fabulous and plenty of pool towels. There is lots of space and comfort. We did find the property to be too far for us to walk to Disneyland, but Ubers are available at less cost than parking. We were a group of 10 and found ourselves comfortable with all the space and were over all happy with rental. I appreciated the prompt responses from owner when we had a need.

Disney house
Our stay was good from the standpoint of minutes to Disney and the pool was nice which is why I said three stars. But the house had a funky smell and the bathrooms had fixtures corroded from years of use or Anaheim s water is really bad . Nothing 2 hours and new fixtures couldn’t fix , but after learning they have 48 rentals the care factor made more sense . Could be a great house with a little attention.

Disney Adventure!
My family (two grandparents, myself/husband, plus our five children — ranging 2yo to 13) stayed for about a week. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable. There were a variety of sleeping options and a place for everyone to stay. The bedding was all very clean and nice. The bed in the primary was quite firm for my liking, but that’s just a personal preference. Each bedroom had nice closet space with hangers and a dresser as well. We went to Disneyland and California Adventure three days, but did not walk. It would be too far to walk with our kids, but it was a short drive to the parking area. There are plenty of options nearby for restaurants, groceries, and shopping. My family spent a lot of time playing pool and ping pong in the garage, but they loved the pool! We brought our life jackets from home, but the house had every size you might need! We had a great time and were glad to have found this home!

Stay in Anaheim
We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The bathrooms were dirty and one of the handles in the bathroom was broken. It was fixed the next day. The house itself smelled bad. Our guest even noticed it and said it smelled like a wet dog. We had all been noticing it before that. I believe that part of the smell is the old linens on the beds. Pictures make it look luxurious but we did not find it lived up to that standard. There are camera's in the front and back and it felt like a prison. We would have liked to go out after 10:00 PM to sit and talk in the back yard pool area but door was locked to that area. Location is great and it is furnished nicely. Kitchen had everything needed.

Thank you for your review, Dana. We were shocked to read your review. Did you contact the management team about the smell and cleanliness issues? These items would have been addressed immediately. Our linens are fresh for every guest. The smell could have been from our carpet cleaning the day before your arrival. We have cameras to monitor the property when it is vacant. As stated in the contract you signed, City quiet time hours are 10 pm to 9 am. Guests can not be outside during this time. Also noted in the agreement and on our app under house information is a child safety lock at the top of the sliding glass door. This needs to be unlocked before exiting into the backyard pool area.

Vacation 2023
Extremely happy with the amenities, however there was an ant problem around the pool. It was represented well in the VRBO listing. We truly enjoyed this home and hope to stay again someday. Thank you!

Great location & very spacious
Great location. The house is very clean & plenty of room to sleep with bunk beds in 2 bedrooms. Bedding smelled very fresh. We appreciate the abundance of towels including beach towels. It was a bit too chilly to swim but the pool was nicely heated. We didn’t do any cooking but kitchen is very well equipped. Tip to people that need coffee to survive in the morning like me - you need to bring your own coffee ground as this is not provided. Overall excellent stay and we definitely will keep this property in mind should we return to the area in the future.

Great location
Our multi generational family enjoyed our stay. Even though the weather was cool and rainy, the kids used the pool. Disney was an easy Uber ride away. Do to other recent reviews we didn’t try walking. Jeff and Carolyn were quick to reply to text messages. We would stay here again if we return to Anaheim for another vacation.

Disneyland vacation
This place was very nice and very close to the park. Not really walking distance, but 5 minutes driving tops. My only complaints were that there were some things in minor disrepair in the kitchen cabinets and that the master bed mattress was unbelievably painful to sleep on. Outside of those items, the location and amenities were all very nice.

Perfect Place to Stay for a Family Getaway
We had a great time and the home was lovely! It was great having so much space to spread out after hanging out at the theme parks. It had all the amenities and more!

Nice house for stay at Disney
We had 9 adults and one child- it was a little bit tight bc a few of the beds were full sized but we really only needed a place to sleep for our Disney trip. So it all worked out. House was as advertised. Check in & out was an easy process. It is a looooong walk into the Disney parks though (about 45 minutes to the entrance gates)- we either did Uber (around $10ish one way) or parked a car in the Disney lots.

Great house for family Disneyland trip
Overall the house was great. It was clean and a perfect size for our needs. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The house could use some updates and minor repairs. Carpet was a little dingy and furniture a little tired. Kitchen was well equipped but some items were a little worn and could use replacing. Also, the property is technically walking distance to downtown Disney/the parks but it’s a LONG walk. Hard to do both there and back each day for multiple days after all day at Disneyland or California Adventure. We did it the first day but kids couldn’t hang so we opted for Uber the next day- it was relatively inexpensive and convenient. Definitely recommend. Would certainly stay again.

Great Pool!
The home was much bigger than I expected. It was a lovely home. Well stocked kitchen. The pool is huge and warm! We swam for hours, and it was so nice to jump in after long days in the park. We walked to the park one of the days, and it is a LONG walk. Disney makes it difficult to walk to the parks, there are very few ways in and you cannot cut through any lots. My only complaint would be that they need to clean the patio furniture. There were so many webs on every single piece of furniture. I was scared to sit on any of it. Also, something to block the fireplace would be nice. My crawling infant kept trying to go inside of it. Not a complaint or deal breaker- but outside of the fireplace, the house was decently child friendly!

Did you happen to reach out during your stay about this issue? We would have come and taken care of that. Thank you for letting us know about the fireplace. We will work on addressing this issue so future guests with little ones won't have to be concerned. Next time you are in the area, we have other homes that don't have fireplaces. We hope you will visit us again soon!

Home needs help!
This home is NOT within walking distance of Disneyland with small children. Linens were stained and threadbare. The furniture is old and tattered. Large stains in the Master Bedroom carpet. Kitchen oven was disgusting as well as the large crack in the kitchen floor. Bathroom sink is detaching itself from the wall, dryer had a huge amount of lint left in it when we arrived. The yard needs to be raked, pruned and cleaned up! Dishes, especially glasses need to be replaced. And there is NO spices, foil, plastic bags or fresh seasonings in the kitchen . You better come well prepared! We would not rent this home again. Very disappointing.
