When I booked the room online with Expedia I thought I was given the actual price for the night. When I got there I was faced with a deposit IN CASH! I was also told the room was non-refundable. This is not a cheap room despite appearances. Stay at the Beachside or Rainbow Inn. My recommendation

They took $100 cash deposit and charged my credit card $100 no refund deposit (???) then said I did not have $100 cash deposit ( lier )

Property was fine I guess. Expedia messed up my booking. I booked for 2 adults and 2 children. In 2 bed room. I picked thier ages and everything filling out my reservation. When I showed up the hotel was gonna charge me another 50 bucks to have my kids with me

We had wait over 5 minutes for someone to tend to us after ringing the doorbell. The customer service was null actually rude and disrespectful. We were surprised with other fees, needing a $100 cash deposit along with a valid credit card. Our bathroom lights did not work, the room was horrible, there was a used soap, the chair in the room was filthy and broken. The smell of the room was putrid. No option to cancel the reservation.

So I ended up at this motel due to a booking mistake at my original hotel location. I unfortunately discovered this wrong date booking error upon arrival to town. so I had to quickly find something else and it was already 7pm, so the good places were either sold out, or more then I was willing to spend on a room for the little bit of time I would be using it. This motel was available, so I booked it using my phone in a dim parking lot in a panic.. thinking it was another location I had stayed at before, mistake number 2. When I went to check in at this location they required a $100 cash deposit, not a visa card, who has $100 cash in their pocket these day? The person working the motel counter told me that I had book a 1 bed room for 2 people, mistake number 3, he said that they had 2 bed rooms but they were more then the room I booked...$220 a night he said was what they were going for on Expedia ($517 plus $100 cash deposit for two nights). The check in process felt like I was having a gun stuck in my ribs. I went on Expedia later on that evening to find my room going for $200 a night, not the $220 The AC worked off and on throughout the night, the bed sheets had holes, but at the end of the day I had a shower and a place to sleep. However, most of these issues in this review were on my own doing more then the low rent motel.

No Comforter, No sheets no problem.

Affordable place to stau. Close to Knotts Berry Farm. No blanket on the bed. Just a sheet. Figured I was in California and didnt need a blanket. I could have gone to the front office. The lady there was nice. I am sure she would have gotten me one. The room was comfortable without one. Thermostat worked on the ac so i didnt get too hot or freeze. Good thing with out a comforter on the bed. It isnt Trump Tower, dont expect that it would be. It is an affordable no frills hotel. You go there to sleep and then head off to adventure and return to sleep at.

Never even come close to this place piece of garbage the room smell so bad and there is mildew in the bathroom plus the owner so greedy and he charged $50 without any receipt Auntie find stupid reason to steal it and you dealing with ugly witch I don't know if she is the owner or not she is really nasty lady stay away guys first day going to rip you off with the $50 cash no matter what

Stayed here for NAMM Show - Room was very clean and had Microwave and Refridgerator and a Bathtub / Shower - Quiet Location was able to sleep very well - will return again !

For the most part it is affordable. I didn't like to have to pay a cash deposit. Yes it is in the fine print but i was surprised by the fee when i got to the room. Also the room smelled funny. They must be trying to save money on cleaning because they ask if you need service when you check in.

READ THE FINE PRINT SO YOU DO NOT GET SCAMMED!

THIS IS YOUR WARNING IF YOU WANNA BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!!! I booked in this hotel to save some money for disneyland. Upon check in, the lady told me there is $50 non refundable charge. It is my fault for not reading the FINE PRINT (but who does!). It blew my mind that this hotel can charge so much for a non name hotel! For the price i pd after the fact, i could have stayed somewhere nicer and a lot closer to disneyland!!!
