El hotel cumple con su propósito, nos hospedamos para visitar Disneyland así que solamente fuimos a dormir ahí. Limpio, buena atención del personal. Tiene refrigerador, microondas y cafetera, ofrecen agua y café en la habitación. Shampoo y jabón de barra.

Me gusto el acceso a varias partes de la ciudad Esta todo a la mano el rededor, pero la habitacion le falta trabajo, el aire no sirve lo suficiente, huele mal, y le falta mas atencion al cliente. Aun asi nos la pasamos bien pero le falta para alcansar las 5 estrellas GRACIAS.

Muy buena y recomendable
Una muy buena y economica opcion para tu visita a DISNEYLANDIA, tienes una tienda enfrente 24 horas, y un Dennys 24 horas tambien para hacer cualquier comida del dia.

Yes even if you prepaid for the room there is a 100 deposit and its just a hold. Its no 1710 it could the mexican currency. Thanks

You have to change the setting, we don't know what settings the guest before you set it at. All the air conditioners work perfect. Thanks for staying with us !!

The sheets on the bed had blood on them and it turn out it wasn’t just my room another guest had complained about the same thing.

Clean room but wifi didn't work most of the time. No ice machine and no laundry room. Young tall man who worked during the day acted like they were doing us a favor by letting us spend our money there.

Room had a hole in the wall in the bathroom, walls had what appeared to be blue soda stains all over them. The room had a musky smell to it. When we asked for a refund and to have accommodations changed it was denied. Will never stay here again.

Last minute two night Disney Trip. The Good Lots of free parking onsite. Easy 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney Bed was firm and comfortable Massive TV with lots of channels. Excellent water pressure in the shower. The Not So Good Front desk took 2 photocopies of my credit card. We arrived late at night and I didn’t want to fight about it so I let it go. When I asked upon check out they said it would be shredded but didn’t offer to do that while I was there, or give me back the copies. I probably should have asked a little more firmly than I did. No daily housekeeping. This wasn’t a huge deal for us as it was just two of us and we are fairly tidy but a family could find this troublesome. The Bad Wifi was essentially non existent in our room. It spun and spun. We found that we had better service in the parking lot which was closer to the front desk. If you really need it, ask for a room closer to that area. Our room was on the second floor second from the end. At times it felt like Katella was running right through our room. The street noise was crazy. At all hours. Would I stay here again? Yes, if the price is as right and I didn’t need more than 2 nights. I would just request a room closer to the “lobby”.

Thanks for staying with us As per policy the ID and the cc is scanned and if not the copies are made which is all safe with no wrongdoing and we never had any issues. Housekeeping is given everyday but must have missed we do apologize for that Once again Thanks

I don’t mind the stay because i wasn’t in the room the whole time, would i stay again? no. Pros: 1. cheap 2. parking was easy 3. some close places to eat but you have to drive to them. Cons: Super loud you can hear everything Staff is not friendly and they do charge at $130 without ur knowledge but they say it’s a deposit so just stay on top of the charge

There is a 100 required deposit Your credit card on file is pre authorized for 1st night 7 days before your arrival and is used as your deposit if you are carrying the same credit card. That pre auth falls off itself in 4 to 5 days Sorry about that the staff was not able to explain you well how it works Thanks for staying with us

A little like lipstick on a pig, but kinda works
Overnight trip to be as close to the Disneyland Hotel as possible for a dance competition (missed the discounted DLH rooms :). This place is quite economical. If you keep in mind that you get what you pay for when you book, you won’t be displeased. The building is older; walls are thin, so you will hear traffic noise. Check in was weird- not precisely unfriendly, but not welcoming either. He took a photo of my CC, front and back, and also swiped it, which I found strange- I don’t like photos of my card with signature being out in the world given the prevalence of fraudulent use. He a atched us pull in, walked out and stared at us until I got out to come check in, then asked me if I came in a car…whole thing was just kinda strange. Anyway, overlooking that, the beds were decent (queen sized), pillows were comfy, and though the rooms were clearly older, they tried hard to appoint them well (micro, fridge, coffee maker, etc). Everything worked. Temp was fine. Shower pressure was good. I did find a black hair in our bathroom sink and some hair in the tub; otherwise everything was clean. It was an easy walk to DL Hotel. It’s sort of out of the fray- abuts a neighborhood area of houses on the backside of Disney, and is just a little quieter in general. Free parking but they make you leave at checkout. Would I stay again? Probly only for a brief stay like this, with an early departure.

Beds were comfortable. Never before seen a bed made with the blanket against your skin and the sheet on top of the blanket. No maid service while we were gone all day. Upon return, tried to get fresh towels but host was unavailable for quite a while. Worst part was the host/manager knocking on our door 10 minutes before check out time to kick us out. Very rude. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here for two nights for the Disney Half. You can hear EVERYTHING. We had the adjoining room playing music at all hours through the night and can could hear the people above us having full on conversations as if they were in our room. Pillows cases were not clean. Ten days prior I was charged a random $134 from the hotel that no one had an answer for and waiting to hear from Hotels.com

Me and my family we’re staying here close to Disneyland and it was horrible the room was really run down, cold, and they had construction early on the roof around 8/9 am! I was not happy I have a 1 year old infant. The only nice person at the front office was the lady all the men were very rude especially to my boyfriend.
