"Wonderful stay! The house is perfect for entertaining. Inside the house, the kitchen and common area are enormous. But the outside was my favorite! The backyard was sprawling and has a lovely view of the Colorado River. It’s an absolute must to kayak/canoe on the river. This part of the river is expansive but very calm. "The inside of the house was great and had everything you would need. The pool was clean and well kept. The hot tub never got very hot but the home owner communicated with us the entire time and apologized for the inconvenience. He was very nice and even offered to let us check out late. Only reason I give it four instead of five stars is because 1) The Hot Tub and 2) The back yard was a bit over grown and could have used a fresh mowing. Aside from the two thing mentioned above it was great."
