It is very difficult to find Long Island properties that will allow small gatherings, so this is definitely a gem! I look forward to staying here again."

"Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. Owner went out of their way to hurry construction/repair, helped with early checkin and had great communication throughout. Easily slept 9 with room to spare, and couches seated the...

"Modern, comfortable house walking distance to restaurants and the beach. It was well stocked with beach chairs, towels and beach passes. There were also bicycles, parking and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The hot tub and fenced in yard were huge bonuses. The host was responsive and helpful from our arrival to checkout. Would recommend this place highly. "

"Great house. Lot of room. Only complaint was mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Paid for Monday-Friday but couldn’t check in til 2 on Monday and had to be out by 10:00 on Friday. "

"The location is superb, can’t do much better! Towards the end of the main strip for privacy but still right near the action that you come to Ocean Beach for. The rental was clean and stocked with essentials upon our arrival (definitely a life-saver) with the onsite washer/dryer a bonus!As for the property owner, I’m happy to report that this one is a pleasure… congenial, accommodating and professional from the start of the reservation process and onward.We are looking forward to returning next...
