"We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We only booked for 1 night because we were in town as a vendor for the CVMA Ralley, but we would have loved to stay longer. Extremely easy access, great communication, very accommodating, and absolutely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Plenty of showering products, bedding, kitchen ware... a super plus is EVERYTHING is updated. If you are looking for a place in Hot Springs, I HIGHLY recommend booking your stay here!"

"Check in was easy! It was nice having 2 1/2 baths with 5 people. We really enjoyed the property and the location. The drive to attractions wasn’t bad at all. Our children enjoyed the community pool and seeing all the deer! We loved that it was a gated community. Definitely would stay here again."

"We all luved our stay. The first time I stayed at these properties it was cold and it was just me, my dog, and cat. I sat out by the fire pit for hours at night stoking the fire and just talking to my babies. During the day I put my cat in the stroller and leashed the dog and we walked the neighborhood. It was so relaxing and quiet. That time I was in the smaller cabin but with my family we stayed twice in the 2 bedroom. I was so grateful it has a washer/ dryer because after sweating profusely...

They even let us check in early which was great because we had just arrived in town from North Carolina at 6 am and drove all night so it was great for us to take a nap before meeting up with everyone!! "The location of this place is great. Very close to any stores and the marina. Walk out the back door into the pizza place with great pizza and friendly staff. The dock we used to tie up my Tritoon is just few steps from the house so made for easy loading for Ice chest and gear. The cottage is updated and very clean. We will definitely be coming back here. "
