Graduation Weekend
Our family stayed here for graduation weekend! Gina is amazing!!! The house is very clean and well stocked! There was fresh fruit and pastries! Flowers and a banner for our son who graduated! The extra touches that Gina provides is fantantic! Lots of room, comfortable beds! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great house!
7 moms stayed at this house for our sons fraternity’s Mom Weekend. The house was a perfect set up and all of the extras the host does is amazing! We arrived to donuts and an amazing coffee bar. It was great. The parking was a little difficult with 7 of us and having 1 parking spot and with Ames set up of alternating parking but we made it work. It’s just a little extra work moving cars. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay again!

Family & Friends Weekend
It was perfect for our family of adult kids and grandkids. Plenty of sleeping options and the entertainment room was a huge hit. The perfect setup to watch the Cyclone's Destroy Houston in the Big 12 championship.

Fun family house!
We enjoyed our stay here while we were visiting an Iowa State student. The house was clean! The whole family enjoyed the fun games in the basement! The beds were comfortable and showers nice! Gina supplied us with special snacks just for our stay - wow what a nice gesture!! My kids enjoyed the house so much, there were tears when we left. Overall good communication with Gina. I will recommend this home rental to other family members when they visit my nephew.

Gina‘s place is absolutely fantastic! Clean, great location close to the university, and very well stocked! She even had fresh fruit and donuts for us upon arrival! We were blown away at how nice this place was! We would definitely stay here again!

Visiting ISU student
The property was 4 minutes from campus and was such a delightful place to relax and enjoy each others company. The little extras, tea and coffee bar and snack options were so helpful. And unexpected! The young adults in the group enjoyed the playroom! (Ok so did my husband and I) Will definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful stay. Gina was so helpful and available for questions. She left us. A great breakfast spread that we weren’t expecting! The place was so perfect for the three adult couples to stay. We did notice the kids options available as well! Would stay again!

Anniversary weekend
Our family of 3 married couples celebrated our anniversary here. It was perfect for us. Host added really nice personal touches. Lots of games to play and nice spacious backyard with fire pit. We'd stay again.

Couldn’t have been more impressed
This house and its host Gina were amazing. Every last detail was thought of. Spare toiletries, coffee, snacks and more. We immediately felt at home and it made our trip something we will never forget.

Ideal for Family Gathering
Perfect place for out of state family to stay and gather with our local family for Thanksgiving. Townhouse was so cozy and inviting complete with fall decorations making us feel right at home. Very clean with comfortable beds. Was not expecting all the extra amenities-donuts, coffee, fresh fruit, cereal…..the list goes on! Loved the rec room with the variety of games and large tv great for movies and football. Gina, the host, goes above and beyond with her attention to detail and making sure you have everything needed to make your stay excellent!

Was a fantastic place to bring the family up to visit our ISU student!
Probably the best vacation rental we have ever used. Communication with the owner was easy with very quick responses. Too many extra touches to list. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. This will be our go to property when we come to ISU!

Fridge with breakfast muffins and snacks and snacks on the counter. Would stay again when we get a chance. Loved the big tv in the game room. Close to everything and grocery is 2 block away. All amenities needed and stocked well. Parking is a little tight but not a problem if you dont have trucks. Loved the stay.

Great spot in Ames for a family
We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of amenities provided - great coffee bar, snacks and cereal and basics in the fridge. Comfortable beds and great towels! The kids loved the game room - made our stay very enjoyable! We would definitely come back again. Thanks to the host who was very responsive!

Family Celebration
This is the Best VRBO?ABNB we have experienced. Gina is absolutely The Best Host! The property was very clean, beds comfy! When Gina found out we were celebrating a 50th Anniversary she greeted us with a special banner and party supplies. Her selection of coffee/teas, fruit, milk, snacks, etc....I have never had a hostess provide so much product. The outdoor furniture was not out because of cold weather but when she found out we were "outdoor people" she made it happen for us. Perfect property for a family celebration and within a short walk to ISU campus. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Ames!

Beyond expectations
Our stay was perfect. We were only 0.5 miles from my son’s apartment. Amply space and amenities, with a well stocked kitchen, and lots of breakfast options. We would definitely stay again!

The perfect home base!
We traveled to Ames for a college visit that was planned for the day after Easter. We turned it into an extended family road trip, so we had our family of 6 (4 children) plus Grandpa and Grandma, and we spent our Easter weekend together. The home was exactly what we needed, with room for everyone to spread out and plenty of bathrooms. Gina was AMAZING, working with us to be able to leave grandma with the three youngest kids at the house with a late checkout while the rest of us toured campus. She went above and beyond to make the weekend special, surprising us with donuts, a gallon of milk and lots of snacks and treats. My kids were absolutely thrilled! The extra toiletries came in very handy when we realized we had forgotten a few things (including my son’s toothbrush!). The pillows were the best pillows any of us ever used and I ended up ordering them on the way home for the entire family. The beds were extremely comfortable and the coffee pods make it a little easier to make ourselves crawl out of those cozy beds in the morning. The kids had a blast with all of the game options on the basement. It was hard to get them to leave! I will 100% stay here again if we find ourselves back in Ames! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Wonderful place for our family gathering!
This was such a wonderful place for our family to stay! We gathered for my mom's birthday and this was just perfect. It was a very comfortable size for our combined families of 5 adults, 2 kids (4-8 yrs), and 2 infants. It was also incredibly well stocked - everything you need to cook or snack. Gina (the host) was fantastic - very attentive and helpful, from the time we booked until the moment we arrived. She even put out some special treats since she knew it was a birthday celebration! She helped us feel comfortable traveling with kids. My nephews were obsessed with the downstairs, which has a pool table, a Pac-Man game, air hockey, and a toy basketball hoop. I will note this location is very close to campus, which is awesome for the vibe, but it did get loud on Saturday night. Thankfully the house is stocked with noise machines in each room, so that helped us not be bothered by the noise. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in Ames!

Amazing Stay
This place was excellent! Perfect for our quick ski trip with 7 teenagers (16 & 17 year olds) beds were so comfortable, host was amazing! We had donuts waiting for us along with everything we needed and may have forgotten! Highly recommended! Will stay here again!

PERFECT for a family visiting campus!
Impeccably clean, exceptionally generously appointed and perfectly located to campus! My husband and I stayed with our 2 younger children as well as my parents...all to visit our oldest son and nephew, both students at Iowa State University...and of course to tailgate and enjoy a Cyclone football game. It could not have been a better weekend. My elderly parents had a perfect first floor bedroom with ensuite bathroom while my husband and I used a similar bedroom/bathroom set up downstairs. The kids used the other main floor bedroom with bathroom down the hall. Yes, that's THREE full bathrooms. Nice! The beds were super comfy and bathroom supplied with plenty of high quality towels. The lower level with foosball, air hockey, LARGE tv and super comfy seating was a perfect extra space for the kids to have their own hang out. The townhome is on an established street but was recently re-modeled...carpeting and furniture all appeared brand new. Gina was exceptionally generous in not only equipping the kitchen with all the supplies and gadgets we could hope for, but also an ample supply of consumables for the entire townhome...dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, paper towels, garbage bags. etc. etc. This is not the case for all VRBO rentals. She even included all necessary bathroom supplies down to shaving cream and razors! Over the top welcome basket as well...MORE than enough bakery items and fresh fruit for all of us to have breakfast in addition to milk, juice and yogurts in the fridge. Coffee, filters and k-cups were set out for us too. There's not a single thing we needed to run out for. The garage and private driveway space is another plus. I only wish we had time to enjoy the Iowa State monopoly game, puzzle or one of many other games available. We hope to be back this winter for a Cyclone basketball game weekend. Thank you, Gina, for taking such good care of us!
