It is the ideal place in which to spend a quiet and pleasant holiday. The property has been accurately renovated maintaining the original characteristics and is immersed in the trees. The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room. There is also a cottage with bedroom (double bed) and bathroom at 50 meters from the house. The property is suitable for up to 11 persons. There are also 2 baby cots and highchair at disposition. It is surrounded by a large private garden. The pool (10x5 meter) has been builded recently and is equipped with romain stairs and shower. There are also a little gym area at disposition. The whole property is for private use of the tenant. Supermarkets, baker/confectionary, bars and some other shops are available in the village of Castel dell'Aquila (at 2,5 Kms). Larger supermarkets are available in the village of Avigliano Umbro (6 Kms) and the town of Amelia (15 Kms). The nearest restaurant/pizzeria (also takeaway) is at 5 Kms just outside the village of Sambucetole. Recommended restaurants: La Gabelletta (outside Amelia on the road in direction of Foce), La Locanda del conte Nitto (in the old town of Amelia), Il ristoro del Falco (restaurant/pizzeria).
