Nothing is too much to ask and they will organize whatever you want (such as snorkeling trips, cars, etc). They will do laundry for you at $6 per load. Massages were amazing at $12 per hour. Their chef is just spectacular (lots of people from other resorts were coming to eat) and she will give you a private cooking class at $25 per person, which includes your meal. "The shining star for this excellent resort was the staff. This resort was clean and the food was excellent. But the real star of the show was the outstanding staff at the resort. I have never had such polite and helpful people at a resort. Any negative areas that this resort has is more than made up for in the quality of their employees. I will return to this resort in the future. "
