"I can't recommend this property more highly. It was a fabulous stay. The hosts thought of everything and were very communicative. The space is very comfortable. The property is very private and such a lovely escape from it all. We cook a lot and the kitchen was well appointed. We didn't wanter anything during our stay. I wish we could stay here for our daughter's graduation from a nearby college but not surprisingly it is booked. "

"Thank you Pete and Tina for such a warm welcome. The homemade pumpkin scones were an hit and the recipe would be appreciated; same for the brownie cookies! Our second stay was just as enjoyable as the first. The host is easy to communicate with and has few “rules” to abide by. The one we like best is to sit back and relax! We look forward to our next stay!"

"This property was exactly as described and was perfect for our family! It was close enough to the town and all the things we wanted to do but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The host checked on us and was very responsive when needed but really left us to do our thing. The house had modern amenities while still having all of the charm of a century home. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We had a great college reunion weekend and this was the perfect place for what we needed. The location cannot be beat—right in the circle close to everything you need such as shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the college. The host communicated promptly when I had a few questions. The house was spacious with plenty of room for 4 couples. The living room was perfect to hangout in and the parking spaces was a nice benefit considering it was a busy weekend. We would definitely stay here...

If you want a luxury VRBO, this is not for you. "to be clear i had an amazing time and really loved it. it’s a cute place and the access to nature was EXCEPTIONAL. but it definitely could be cleaner. i found big spider webs behind the bed, dust on kitchen objects (kettle, seasonings, bowls), and dusty side tables too. it’s understandable that one can’t find every single hair but there were visible long hairs stuck to the bathroom floor and i kept finding hairs on me as well (definitely not mine). the worst part was that the towels and spare...
