En la recepción muy mal porque a pesar de haber ya cancelado mi estadía y tener el número de reserva de Hotels.com no me querían dejar hacer el check in porque su sistema tenía problemas y no figuraba en él la reserva. Fue necesario esperar como 45`, llamar a Hotels.com, que ellos llamaran al hotel ...
