"The property was lovely. There were extra towels and very well stocked kitchen supplies. My only complaint was the overwhelming odor after someone used the fireplace. I wish there was something to neutralize the smokey odor. Also it would be nice to have a tv in the bedrooms. At least a tv in the master bedroom. I would stay here again. "

"George and Subhas home was perfect for our family to spend a weekend in southern Connecticut while in town for the weekend to visit friends. We have two young daughters (age 1 and age 6) and always try to find places to stay where they can have their own room. The rooms were very spacious and clean, with VERY comfortable king beds. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!"

"The proximity to Westpoint was great. Trashy neighborhood. Very loud construction early in the morning. The cooking supplies were limited and one of the handles on the pans fell off while we were there. It was okay, but probably wouldn't return."

"We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. "
