El unico problema fue que pague para desayuno de dos personas y llegando al hotel resulta que no dan el desayuno gratis

Rooms are fine. No continental breakfast, instead you pay for a "full service" breakfast. Which implies a full meal but is actually just a continental breakfast with wait staff to refill your juice. Poor service from older lady waitress. We got no refills on our drinks and two people didn't get any drink at all because she forgot. People in the other side of the room with a different waiter were being served properly. So we left no tip. She added a tip for herself on the receipt! Calling the hotel to get it fixed yielded no results even though we had a picture of the receipt. Had to do a chargeback on the credit card. More out of principle than anything.

The property and cleanliness was up to the mark but front desk agent was not friendly , he didn’t bother to even smile for once. The breakfast lady was also rude. recommended only in urgent situation

Sheets had some questionable stains on them. Lighting in room is dim, especially in the bathroom. Light is over the shower but no light on the vanity.

This hotel is staffed by some of the kindest people you could meet. I was perfectly happy with the hotel by the thing that made my stay great were the staff at the front desk and restaurant. Huge kudos them.

Check in with a night front desk clerk named Linda was like checking in with a heartless robot…did not smile, barely made eye contact, was not warm or friendly, she obviously is just doing her time for the paycheck. When I ask if I could bring up food to my elderly father who can barely walk, she barked at me … ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD in the room! I ask you Linda, why is there a restaurant downstairs and a mini fridge & microwave in our hotel rooms? Perhaps for leftovers from the restaurant to enjoy later in our ROOM that WE (not you) PAID for!? Didn’t see any Texas size hospitality in your check-in skills last night! Guess I’ll take my business to another hotel now that you’ve made me and my elderly parents feel so unwelcome! Next time use the personality skills you must have had when you interviewed for the job, guests would prefer that one!

Staff did not care that I reserved a King bed. I requested one side of hotel and she said she thinks it is the correct side but it wasn’t. Staff was basically unaware of room locations or surroundings.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. There was a rip in the lampshade. Large scrape against the wall. The room was in poor condition and just looked run down. It didn’t look like what you should get for the money spent.

It was a one night stay. The room and bathroom were great. Very clean, nice and fresh. The lady who checked us in was super nice and conversational. The man running the breakfast the next morning was wonderful. Very attentive.

The tub was filthy and the air unit was constantly blowing hot air full blast and no matter what we did it wouldn’t stop. The only option was leave it on and sleep in a furnace or turn it off and sleep in a freezer because it was freezing outside.

Coffee maker not working; Complained, and replacement still did not work. I gave up. Writing table was available but no chair. Complained. An old chair was brought, but not working (could not be raised). Complained a 2nd time. Was brought a torn worn-out chair which surprisingly worked. Had to complain for the heater to be adjusted to work. These comments not becoming of a Holiday Inn! Facility needs to wake up from sleep. This was the 3rd Holiday Inn in 5 years I have met with a defective coffee maker. Noticed that it was the same brand.
