Nos descriminaron y trataron mal! No volveré La señora de recepción no quiso asignar una habitación de discapacitados!! Brittany es el nombre de la amargada señora! Rentamos 3 habitaciones y la verdad no vale la pena gastar el dinero en este hotel Porque gratis no es, estamos pagando para que nos traten bien y todo les molesta hasta cuando preguntamos por el parking!!😡😡😡😡

Thank you for the review. Unfortunately, the room that was booked was not a handicap accessible room. We also didn't have any more handicap accessible rooms available as they were all booked for the evening. As for parking we do have on our websites that street parking is for larger vehicles, as I had explained to you at check in. Again, thank you for the review.

Convenient, clean, bed was comfy, guest laundry a welcome amenity for long trips, gym, pool, free breakfast, cappaccino machine in lobby 24/7, lots of amenities and friendly and accommodating staff.

Our stay in Amarillo was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and clean. The hotel in general was clean. We would start here again, in fact we will probably stay here in our return to home.

Clean and great location off of the main hwy that wasn't too expensive. Highly recommend for driving through Amarillo.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Amarillo
It was a comfortable stay with friendly service, and the hotel itself seemed very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was pretty decent with some good options!

I prepaid for a room so they needed a card for incidents but then charged me an extra $150.00! They said the charges will be reversed in 7-10 business days. Why did I reserve and pay for a room? DONT GO HERE!

Not pet friendly, very loud
The chemical spray smell was overwhelming. Can't they open the windows for fresh air? The room is sealed shut like a coffin. The room above me was very loud. I could hear every stomping footstep. Not very pet friendly. Why would they give me a room on the second floor? No real area for your pets to walk around.

very nice best western! My only thing is that they should keep the breakfast open till at least 10 AM because 930 is a little too early to close, especially for people coming off the interstate late at night. But other than that, the staff was awesome, and even though I was a little late to breakfast, they still gave me some food and things that were still accessible! Very good staff…

Great staff Clean & quiet. The room was on the modern side & comfy. Had a fridge , microwave & single cup coffee maker. Breakfast was included, and hot. The front desk when we checked in was great. I don’t remember his name but he was very helpful. Check out was easy and quick.

Beautiful hotel . Staff was super busy keeping all guest happy they really cared about their jobs . I’ve never seen so many dogs in any hotel ever ! I did not mind it was like a dog show ! I’ve never taken my dogs on vacation but these people made it look fun ! Super clean rooms and cozy beds . You will enjoy this hotel we did .

Thank you! Our staff is amazing. I love that they go above and beyond for each and every single person. Yes, being a pet friendly hotel is just one of the perks that the staff enjoys. I constantly see them so mesmerized by all the dogs that come through.

We stayed twice at this hotel on a road trip. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and quiet. Simple but decent breakfast. We would choose it again.
